The flight itself was fine, food was expired and gross, staff were mostly amazing! KLM messed up rebooking for our first two flights that got cancelled and we almost didn’t make it to Amsterdam for an additional two days
I think I previously submitted my feedback about flight lead Katherine in a different field by mistake. Please see those comments. Comments for Hyd to AMS are it was good. The flight lead and service met expectations for satisfactory high quality service but the flight lead did not stand out as exceptional as did the leads on the other two flights so I don’t remember anything specific one way or the other besides the fact I was satisfied.
Had to cancel and rebook, KLM connection was cancelled prior to departure, ended up flying to Munich on non-Delta carrier.
The crew were unprofessional with a racist element. I was physically abused as well from one of the crew members
They forgot to serve food and the crew was very unfriendly. Never experienced such a bad KLM flight. Usually fly from Toronto. New York was different.
Over 1 Hr delay. No APU so no AC on ground. Plane was hot during boarding and then they closed the doors over 20 minutes before engine start so interior of plane was steamy hot and stuffy. Could have been helped by opening doors until ready to depart.
My flight was delayed by 6 hours then I missed BOTH of my connecting flights, I then had to stay in the AIRPORT at JFK because soooooo many people also suffered from missing flights and there was no hotels available. I would like to be compensated for this experience! I had to stay in the airport for over 16 hours!
Cabin crew were excellent, very proffesional, polite and friendly, in flight snack was underwhelming, a packet of cheese biscuits, im sure KLM could run to a sandwich!
Overall very positive. Boarding was quick and organized. Cabin was clean and seats were reasonably comfortable. Cabin crew was excellent and the meals provided were also of good quality
This fight left ahead of time which meant it arrived early which was great. Staff were very professional, but as with all these Short hop Flights the food was a disappointing snack There was no entertainment on this flight, but I did not expect any
The crew were awesome and ready to help as much as possible. The gate agent in Atlanta was tremendously helpful. The delays were ridiculous. Getting home at 4am when I could have driven home faster was unimpressive. Being delayed for countless hours through the night wasn't a great travel experience.
The staff and crew were wonderful. The delays were atrocious. The missed connections problematic. Getting home at 4am and having to go to work at 8 am, not a great situation. The gate agent in Huntsville was amazing. She helped everyone efficiently and with excellent problem solving skills. Her communication was helpful, timely, and thoughtful.
My seat was changed without my consent. It wasn’t a major deal but annoying.

I somehow thought my food preferences was saved to my account— everything had dairy and couldn’t eat anything.
Breakfast before landing was a reheated breakfast “calzone” which was not good, at all. Otherwise, food was good. Crew not very attentive for taking trash from passengers being a little slow in eating.
Surprisingly the coffee was pretty good and they had a gluten free bar handy!
Gate agents call groups one and two and give about 3-5 minutes for each group to board, then the call groups three and four together and it causes a bottleneck in the line. Give each group 3-5 minutes to board before calling the next group.
We sat at the gate for over 30 minutes, with no indication as to why
The crew, food, and entertainment were all good. But my screen had some sort of bug where if I turned it off, it would turn back on after 2-5 minutes. At full brightness. It made it very hard to get any shut-eye on the overnight flight. Also, the older Boeing plane, while nicely cared for (and no doors fell off 😅👏) doesn't have the nice air quality of newer planes. So I felt a bit greasy by the time we landed in Sweden.
They charge me an extra €85 for my cabin luggage which should have been allowed on the plane without checking in as an additional checked bag! Requesting a refund!!!!
The crew was so friendly that it put me in a good mood
Friendly staff. This was a short-haul flight with limited snacks. Legroom was...okay, but not great. Seat felt quite narrow.

The worst with the trip was the space in economy, my knees are still hurting. There was no way to control personal air by turning a knob above you, it was way to hot on both rides. During the night flight they allowed 2 people from across the aile which was narrow to sit and talk for 7 hours while also using tablets and the flashlight from their phones pointing into the row where I sat at times. They allowed people with way too large baggage to bring onboard. I paid way too much for the ticket ($1,364} for economy. Kayak misinformed me to get cancellation insurance that was only valid for a very short time (less than 12 hours) and was over one hundred dollars. Hotel booking was incorrect, I had the room booked myself at the hotel, only double or larger rooms available which I paid over 400 dollars for. I will never fly with SAS again unless there is no other alternative.
Excellent service throughout. Airport process is quick and easy. Very courteous staff. Great service in the plane! Just outstanding punctuality and service overall!!
I paid for the seat with more leg room but on the day of my departure my seat was changed. I brought it to the airline costumer service and he was able to change it back. The person sitting next to me had the same exact issue.
This is my fifth time flying with SAS and I love it
Great staff, attentive and polite. The food was okay. We had premium plus seating, which didn’t give us that much space, so that was a bit disappointing, but otherwise the flight was great. Smooth and easy flight
The flight was cancelled early on and messed up the whole vacation and hard to get a refund from Kayak as they owned the ticket and of course they did not believe that SAS cancelled the ticket. Definite bad side to third party. SAS had rescheduled but overlapped the connecting flights. That did not work. Flight was cancelled long ago but Kayak still has it. Like it was taken? Bad IT ? Or all assumptions and no follow up which is the whole IT world. It needs to wake up and be more efficient. Especially as the world is going, there will be no freedom to do anything. And we will be living like the Middle Ages. Yeah, go read up on that while you still can.
The food was horrible. There was no. Wifi, and it was just terrible from bangkok to d. C
My flight got cancelled. Couldn’t get my luggage. It arrived at my destination ahead of me. I didn’t get my preordered meal. Had to spend the night in the airport.
The crew was good, the WiFi was amazing, but the plane was meh. Uncomfortable first class, not enough room for baggage. My stuff ended up being behind my seat, so I had to sit on the plane for 20 minutes before I could get to it after landing.
food /beverage service was limited to one time which was unexpected for a flight that long. food wasn't very good.
United did nit provide any updated on flight crew not bein available until boarding time started. It was bad. Itws alate night flight and there no proactive communication and iha d an important meeting that i missed due to thus
From the boarding crew to the FAs was such a good team. All with smiles and positive energy. The pilots made an announcement of us waiting on some passengers who were late landing and I didn’t hear one person feel like it was an inconvenience which was wonderful. Massive kudos to all that worked that flight. Everyone was united. 😊💙

Flight was over two hours late, but they notified us early in the morning. They ended up changing planes the food on board that was extremely mediocre and we were in premier class.
Usual wait for over a half hour for a gate at Ohare. They tell you you'll get there early then sit on the plane and wait almost an hour
I enjoyed it, again I believe air Canada has better seating options and better drink options
Movies were old and third rate. Very poor on a seven hour flight. Food was OK but not business class caliber
Although the flight from JFK to Keflavik is not inexpensive, Iceland Air offers nothing but water, no soft drinks, to passengers without a charge. The seats are uncomfortable, there is no leg room, and there was no available internet to purchase.
Was hard to sleep, but other then that everything was good.
We got to the runway and had to go back to terminal to have plane worked on, which is fine, but the 40 minute connecting flight was already gone because of this delay and had to wait 5 hours to get on a different flight and only got a meal voucher which I didn’t see the email until after I had already ordered and paid for food. I feel I should be compensated.
Hard to figure out how to put back the seat, how to get the entertainment, how to upload passport docs. Also, a warning in the airport that food was all for purchase would have been helpful.
Horrible. My dad was recently hospitalized and diagnosed with lymphoma and Icelandair refused to refund flight even though I had a letter from his physician.
The WiFi wasn’t working, so no one could watch any entertainment for 5 hours. The plane also was delayed and did not leave, nor did the staff prioritize those with connecting flights to de-board first. Everyone with a connecting flight to Munich missed their flight by 5 minutes. Then the next flight to Munich was 14 hours later. The airport could not compensate us because the closest hotel was about 2 hours away. This did not seem like the truth. I was not pleased with this traveling experience.
Never took flight. See previous comment on trip from Boston to Reykjavik. Used a different airline that i had to find and book.
The ground staff was very helpful and the flight attendant as short but good.
My seat was unusually narrow. My hip bones touched both armrests. I've never encountered that on any commercial flight in my life. It was a middle seat ahead of an emergency exit row, so maybe that's why? All I know is that it struck me as extremely strange and not pleasant.
