The room was pretty decent and clean. What you are really paying for is the location. There is a great selection of food and beach nearby, as well as convenience stores and shopping all around.
Honestly, I don't have much to complain about. It's not the nicest hotel room I've been in, but the value for money and it's centrality are definitely great. I did notice ants, but I didn't really have food or drinks in my room, so it wasn't a problem.

We stayed one night after travelling over from Phuket. Suited us perfectly though we weren’t in the room for long. They did charge us extra to pay on card.

As we wanted a hotel in the centre, so the location was perfect.
The room is small and simple, there was no proper window but for a one night stay and for it's prize it was okay.

Just the location.
The room did not correspond to any of the photos... It was like a cell with 2 single beds crammed into it and a view to an interior patio. Its instalations are poor. The bathroom sink tap ready to fall off. The bed linen had holes in them, should have been replaced years ago.
