The hotel is right in the center of Chaweng with plenty of restaurants and bars very close by. The pool is shaded most of the day but the hotel is right on the beach. The staff were very pleasant and always very helpful. The rooms are nice but a little dated. Overall a nice convenient hotel and I would stay here again.

The breakfast was excellent, and so nice to be able to look out to see while eating. The private pool villa was perfect for me. Double thumbs up. The pool was fun to swim in, and beautiful temperature. Great view of the beach from the restaurant and the breakfast buffet was always fresh and on point. Staff were always accommodating and friendly.

Pros: The location was amazing. Right on the beach and an idyllic escape from the busyness of the Main Street. The staff are all very lovely and the restaurant is right on the water with an amazing view. Cons: You are close to the airport, but we enjoyed watching the planes fly over!

The hotel is in desperate need of maintenance. The pool was very dirty. The house was connected with another house and we could hear every word and breath of the other couple. The property was near Chaweng walking street & even it’s a beachfront resort, the staffs were nice, manager was a lady who was considerate enough to give us 2 hours prior check-in, it’s a calm and beautiful stay, you can sleep peacefully at night! Overall happy with the stay at this property!

The houses had a really nice garden and good privacy, the staff was very polite and they were cleaning every day. The location was nice just a few steps from the beach and also close to restaurants and nightlife. Wifi excellent. Very old windows without soundproof. Mattress very old and tough and the TV wasn't working.
