It was far from the town, very quiet. Staff were friendly but I did not get a wake up call despite having organised this. Staff need to learn how to make cocktails. Beach has a lot of rubbish on it. I could hear the power being generated.I like fresh air which I could not get without fly wire on windows. Rooms smell mouldy.
this is not 4 stars hotel as advetised in the booking.com; actually this is not stars hotel
Brilliant location and orientation, lovely pool and grounds, atttentive and courteous staff No internet access despite claiming it was available(the vouchers we bought did not work-we were credited their cost). No access to world cup matches on TV. Stale, reheated bread and pastries for breakfast. Very small serves for breakfast.
The room was lovely and the bed was so comfortable. Loved the pool area too.
The Hotel is grossly overpriced. Would not go there again, if you want to go to Lovinafind a nice place upon arrival instead.. We left after two nights instead of the three we had booked.
The overall environment is nice, clean , tidy & relaxing. The room facility is average but the bathtub is clean n the i like unique design of half outdoor toilet. The beach is just behind the hotel, very convenient for us to go for dolphin watch. The breakfast is excellent with variety choices like porridge, fried rice, toast, and some local delight. The room lock a bit spoil, we have to ask housekeeping to open for us. No slipper in the hotel room. The bed sheet feel like a bit sticky.
room was spacious.staff very accomodating and always at hand to assist.location excellent being next to black sand beach.
Everything was well maintined, the pool area was especially well kept clean and attractive. The hotel was also directly on to the local beach. The buffet each night and organised entertainment in the restaurant gave the place a bit of a 'Butlins' feel - great if you are there as a family, not so good for couples.
