Pros: Parking space is limited. It was like just 6 lots packed and its already full when we check-in at around 6pm. Yet we parked in the nearby state-operated car park and the ryokan offered us a parking coupon which covers the full charge overnight. Private onsen is nice. Delicious breakfast and welcome sweets. The hostess even teach us how to make matcha which is a nice experience.
Cons: We managed to park in another car park but we have to take our luggage from the car park to the hotel so its not perfect

7.0 Good
Pros: Room, equipment, bed, friendliness of staff, location
Cons: Soundproofing, bathroom, breakfast and morning coffee
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was super close to the town center (Yubatake). One staff member spoke English fluently and provided me with various English maps and guides of the area as well as his recommended points of interest. Snacks and a drink were graciously provided upon check-in and free coffee was available in the morning. The room was spacious and warm. Yukata pajamas, a hair dryer, toothbrush, toothpaste, razors, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hot water kettle, tea and coffee, and an electric blanket were some of the provided ammenities, just to name a few. There was also a fridge and TV. Outlets were in very convenient places.
Cons: I was completely satisfied with my experience but one thing that bothered me was the use of shared slippers. I’m fine with taking off my shoes in the entryway but I didn’t like borrowing and returning slippers each time I went in and out. I guess I could’ve just walked around in my socks to avoid this, but I would have preferred each guest having their own (unique?) slippers.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Love the breakfast with smoothie. Parking space. Closes to I send.
Cons: Pillow was a bit small

9.0 Excellent
Pros: We had an amazing time at this hotel. They gave us a nice Japanese style room with a nice view of the mountains. The room was huge for Japan's standards. The Onsen is big and has these amazing medicinal vulcanic waters. Food was very good and plenty of it - although the same menu every day. It is well located - super close to the bus station, the city center and walking distance from the ski park.
Cons: This is a hotel that perhaps you can say is "too big". I also mentioned before that the dinner and breakfast menu was the same every day. But other than that I have no complaints. The price was super expensive - but still, that's your option to book and not the hotel's fault.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: - Very spacious, we ended up in a room big enough for possibly 8 people. (we had two toilets between the two of us) - Older bathroom style, however with the hotspring, we never used the bathroom.
