We rented a car from Montpellier to Nice. The services at the Montpellier Europcar office were awful! The people working there (Jennifer and another guy) don't know what they are doing. They charged us 170 euros more without explaining it to us. Although the money was not supposed to be deposited, they were! They could not explain what was going on and could not reassure us that we would get them back. We had booked a Fiat 500X and they gave us a Wolswagen T-cross without any notice. The car was ok and thanks to the wonderful guy at Nice Europcar Office the matter was solved.

The drop off in Dijon was extremely confusing. There were no instructions given about how to return the car. There was no one in the train station where I had to take the car and the office was closed on Sunday. The ONLY way we figured out where to drop off the key was because another woman dropping off a car at the same time told us where to drop off the key, which was not in the train station at all, but down the street with a small key deposit box.
