4.8 Okay (2 reviews)
6.0 Good
Pros: The receptionist was very helpful and welcoming. The garages were useful to give a sense of security for the car.
Cons: I was unaware that the hotel was in the service area of the stop and came off at the junction so ended up having to go back towards Barcelona the next day rather than heading onwards to France! This should be mentioned in the description.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Really excellent position after a long drive across France enroute to our home on the Costa Blanca. Have stayed here before and enjoyed it again.
4.0 Okay
Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: The motel is only accessible from a toll road, the internet use is intermittent, a smell of sewage invades the rooms (apparently when the wind is from a certain direction), the shower head is blocked with calcium buildup.
6.3 Good
Pros: The hotel staff were very friendly, especially the receptionist, who couldn't do enough to accommodate our needs. Although reported by other guests, I had no trouble getting to the hotel when travelling towards France. There is an underpass to the left of the petrol station.
4.7 Okay
Pros: Jonquera was the main factor for using the hotel due to the distance from Barcelona.
Cons: The location en route north should be highlighted on the booking form - we had to travell south after leaving the hotel in order to continue north. Breakfast (at 9.30) was disappointing. Only scrambled eggs (which were very old / black) were available as a hot breakfast.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Easy to reach by the main road.
Cons: Too hot. No air condition and no windows to open.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The way in which the staff were so helpful, nothing was to much trouble for them. I would like to add that due to a fault with our car we had to cancel our stay on the return journey but on contacting the hotel they were so understanding and the cancelation was accepted with a no fee having to be paid.
Cons:
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Attitude and help of the receptionist. Incredibly vast bed!
Cons:
4.8 Okay
Pros: Spacious, comfortable room. Convenient situation for our particular journey.
Cons: Did not have its own restaurant or bar--only the motorway self service restaurant. We felt completely trapped in the middle of a motorway with no access to other facilities. The hotel is in effect "room only".
6.4 Good
Pros: Easy to find, quick and easy check in.
Cons: I checked in with pets. The door to the room could have done with some insulation so stop my dogs barking at every noise outside the room. I think the hotel had tiled floors throughout which meant you could hear every wheeled suitcase clacking along the tiles along with the lady wearing stiletoes above us. Once everyone seemed to be checked into their rooms (approx 11pm), the night was quiet and peaceful.

6.0 Good
Pros: Clean, breakfast good value.
Cons: The location was a problem for us as, after a long drive we wanted a quiet night. The room was hot, there is no Aircon so we opened the window - but the traffic noise was constant. On shutting the window the double glazing was not over efficient so could still hear noise. Was also disturbed by returning revelers quite late (to be fair it was Saturday night), but also men talking loudly outside early the next morning. Not a good night's sleep.

7.9 Good
Pros: Safe parking directly outside and beside hotel. Big supermarket directly beside hotel. Yummy restaurant inside hotel - the back room has white linen tablecloths and excellent service. Chance to tank the car before crossing into expensive France. Rooms need renovating. But, the room served the purpose of a stopover rest after a long drive up through Spain. We’ve used this hotel often on this long route from South Spain to and from Belgium.

Pros: Very far and difficult to attain
Cons: Missing heat and even carpets . Too cold
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: The town.
Cons: I booked a room and I paid a non refundable reservation but when I enter to the room it was like a closet with a very small bed, not that the pictures showed. So, I askedto change for a regular room, but even than the hotel was almost empty, I have paid more money, in total almost €70 for a small room, with an old and rickety mattress.
5.4 Okay
Cons: I paid for the room and when I arrived they told me they didn't receive the money so I had to pay again. Now I need to contact booking.com to get halve of my money back :(

Cons: We were put in a room for handicap people. It was unpleasant and it had a hospital smell. We were looking for a romantic evening and we left as soon as we could
6.7 Good
Pros: The position the view The receptionist very friendly accommodating man.
Cons: )The restaurant manager, who was standing in front of reception has to be the most unfriendly person. He didn’t greet us and scowled when looking at our dogs. We saw him later whilst walking and again, no greeting, just a look of discontent on his face 2) we soecifically asked for a quiet room. It was confirmed we would have a quiet room. We had a family with one child next to us that screamed and cried all night. PLEASE. 3) euro60 for 2 small dogs? Under 5kilos who donot even shed hair. ? Exactly what is this for.? Not even a water bowl. The immaculately quiet dogs are not allowed into the restaurant but it’s fine for noisy and unruly children. I don’t understand this.
