Pros: One desk clerk in particular was very good to us when we checked in and accommodating with our 2 year old. Otherwise the only recommendation I can give is it wins best hotel by default. All others in town are horrid.
Cons: There were only 6 or so guests in a 3 floor hotel and a loud family was placed in the room next to us with an adjoining door. Everyone could've easily had their own wings to themselves on each floor. Pool was broken but that happens.
Cons: Room was very small. Overpriced. Did not really accommodate rollaway.
Pros: The staff was very accommodating and helpful.
Cons: They need another towel rack next to the sink located outside the bathroom.
Pros: Friendly staff. Clean rooms.
Pros: Very friendly staff!! My stay was amazing, very comfortable bed, & I would definitely recommend.
Pros: The beds are very comfortable. Some of the staff were extremely nice and helpful. Loved that the swimming pool towels actually were regular towels and went around you instead of other hotel swim towels that barely cover you.
Cons: I wasn't to impress with the breakfast and some staff weren't very accommodating. Also wished that the pool was warmer.
Pros: Bed comfort was so nice I did not want to go.
Cons: Pricing too high
Pros: Clean and reasonable in price
Cons: There was no one at the front desk at breakfast. We had a question and I heard someone in the room directly off the front desk say 'Who's supposed to be out there?' and the reply was 'I don't know.' The girl in the breakfast area was very helpful though.
Pros: Close to Truman.
Cons: No hot tub. Bathroom to small. Bed hard. Worst part was breakfast. Your new commercial with Rob Wriggler brags about your breakfast and promises bacon and eggs and more. There was No Bacon and food was so horrible we had to buy breakfast. Not happy.
Pros: Convenient location
Cons: The bed was too firm and the pool could have been cleaner.
Pros: Hotel fine.
Cons: Hotel fine.
