The facility is spacious and right in the middle of this exquisite village. It is easily accessible with parking provided. Rooms were very clean with large beds and some views. baths more than adequate. We were treated with dignity and helpfulness.
Beautiful scenery, clean room beautiful scenery, clean room
It was centrally located and clean; the staff were helpful It was expensive - we were not able to use the restaurant
Great location in the center of Rousillion. Very helpful and friendly staff.
Facilities were very nice. Room very clean, and nicely prepared. Breakfast expensive for what you get. Paid less and gotten more at several other hotels in France.
great room and balcony with terrific view. loved David Restaurant. Staff so helpful. Beautiful town, loved every minute of it and would go back.
Excellent hotel & good location. The hotel's well known restaurant was closed for the season - no meals (except breakfast) were available & no restaurants were open within walking distance. The hotel should have voulentered information about open restaurants.
Very nice room, great location, excellent restaurant for dinner (Le David). Great view from Veranda for breakfast. Would be nice to have Breakfast included in the price of the room.
The helpful and knowledgeble Staff, Great chef, one of the best views in france from rooms and dinng area
The location was awesome! The hotel was was right in the heart of everything! We loved the room and the front desk staff was very helpful!
The restaurant was pretty good. The pool and grounds were nice. There were two very nice dogs that greeted the guests. The first room I was given had no windows. Had to pay extra for a room with glass doors to let in the light. The staff spoke no English. About a mile walk to town.
Lovely, secluded, relaxing setting. Not luxury but very comfortable. Brilliant breakfast, home-made jams, excellent choice of food. Lots to do for a family- tennis, table-tennis, pool. Monsieur et madame very friendly and welcoming. Would go again. The evening menu didn't have much for vegetarians so we didn't eat there.
The location and parking arrangement works well if you have a car. The rooms are large, but very sparsely furnished. The location is very quiet. Hard beds; only one very small (and previously used) soap; cheap pillows; no extra pillows; very sparse furnishings; not the kind of place you'd want to spend a rainy day.
Nice sized room, clean, quiet, easy parking. Courteous staff. No problems.
We had a wonderful room with a shady porch. Absolutely silent at night. Good swimming pool. Really a nice value and we were very happy.
Located just outside the beautiful village of Roussillon, La Petite Auberge is a tranquil haven and is as comfortable and welcoming as staying at home, or with good friends. Beautiful gardens to enjoy, great swimming pool and fabulous food - breakfasts better than anywhere else I've stayed and the half board option is great value.
The room was spacious, decorated in a rustic style. The bed was comfort. The bathroom was adequate. Convenient parking. Breakfast was tasty but limited selection.
Great quiet place and wonderful village.
fabulous self contained accommodation in gorgeous location plus a reknown restaurant across the road if you felt like dining out just a few things like no milk or cork screw in the room - which was all fixed
staff helpfull and very nice, beautiful area great location room was amazing, great views they think about everything to allow you enjoy comfort. i have no single bad word about it
Large room, very quiet with beautiful views. Very friendly and helpful staff.
location, rooms, friendly staff no
I liked all the facilities in the room include the kitchen facilities. We had two leavels floor as feeling as comfort home, with most beautiful view balcony. The cleanliness of our apartment was very poor. We requested from time to time to clean, but it was not excellent.
The abundance of space the bountiful assimilation with the surrounding Yes. The food is too expensive and the room design is not practical at all.
Great location and room set up for family. You need a guest laundry!!
Modern and spacious room Its location. It was a little difficult to find even with GPS.
Thanks to Mr. Edouart Loubet and his staff from La Ferme De Capelongue we enjoyed our wedding celebration together with our family in a unique decor. The location which is exceptional in it's beauty, the excelent rooms and the evening dinner where memorable...
The staff did everything they could to make us feel special. Lighting on the stairs at night on the grounds. I fell and broke a tendon in my foot because of this lighting. Also, we had to depart a 6AM, when there was no staff, no lights and a seemingly impossible gate to get out of. The code box is on the outside of the fence and in the dark is impossible to reach. My husband had to climb over the gate to get to the box using his phone as a light. We had quite a walk around the property to actually get out to our car, again in the dark. More lighting is definitelly needed for the safety of your guests, many of which are elderly.
we always meet the nicest people and the atmosphere is wonderful the smell of sewage in the walk-through kitcken on the first day
Very relaxed atmosphere and fantastic cuisine Small pool
Setting, decoration, details. Reception staff is not particularly friendly.
The owners were very friendly and helpful. The food provided at the hotel was very tasty. The location was very nice for driving to different sites throughout the Luberon. There is no wi-fi connection available in the rooms, so we had to walk to the common areas to check emails or do online research. For the price of the breakfast buffet, we felt there could be a better selection of items.
Friendliness and helpfulness of staff, Sophie particularly helpful with her command of English and interest in the guests, welcoming tray, internet access and guest computer, guest's kitchen, buffet breakfast, views, parking, quietness and of course location. Our stay was too short
The room is very comfortable. Large and well equiped, as well as the bathroom. Wi-fi worked perfectly well. Location is exactly what we needed.
We particularly enjoyed/appreciated the help from the ownership and staff:They went out of their way to make this a great experience.
This is a fantastic gem of a place in the Luberon. The hotel itself is just charming (as are the hosts - nothing too much trouble) and the pool very well maintained. The views from the pool/garden across the valley are stunning. The village is absolutely charming with good selection of restaurants and a great local market selling all sorts of Provencale goods.
The owners grreted me and were expecting me. They had free parking in a locked area. The view on the valley side was incredible. The hotel is in the middle of town and convenient to everything. Everything was explained in advance. Internet was avaiulable although I did not use it.
The room was stylish and very comfortable. Car parking was very accessible. Breakfast was excellent and relaxed. No
Excellent location, quite countryside spot well placed for visiting villages. High quality restaurant Price a bit toppy for room and restaurant
The room was lovely and the food was excellent The air conditioning system was broken and the rooms were intolerably hot, the service of the staff was poor and numerous errors - all in the hotel's favour - were made on our final bill.
Its position, in the countryside near many pretty villages, calm, swimming pool facility; Excellent food but rather very expensive ; The staff was very good and pleasant; Room very spacious. The lack of a cheaper menu at the restaurant as first price of 59 euros is very expensive and the same for a la carte dishes; Lack of lighting in the bedroom made reading almost impossible;Breakfast price of 19 euros for the type of service is also a little steep;
it was very comfortable, quiet and no hassle. could do with air conditioning.
Peaceful. Simple. Quiet. No dinning the kitchen was closed
It was close to the village of Menerbes and it turned out to be not only convenient but a really adorable place to stay. Well decorated and comfortable.
Location and sight are great but that is the end of it. Service is inexistent (as in having to beg for a piece of soap after 3 days for 2 people in a room), AC doesn't work and the staff answer to the notice is that they will have it checked but 'it is probably nothing". No staff is available, web access is free but only works in the lobby and to get the password requires persistent and the lobby is outside temperature. Room service is only diligent at packing blankets on the bed, every day when the outside and inside temp is above 100 F (35 C). Booking.com shouldn't even have this place listed as it bearly qualifies as a hotel, more a place where you can have a room with electricity, but no service. No functioning AC, front desk is mostly unattended, restaurant seem to be the best part of it, but I couldn't get myself to subsidize such a bad operation...
A good location just outside Menerbes in France (Provence). One problem was that I had to walk down three steps to go from the bedroom to the bathroom. This could be a problem in the middle of the night. I had to leave a light on in the bathroom all night long so that I would not fall down three steps if I got up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom.
The location of the hotel. The room had only one very small window which did not supply enough ventilation. When asked to change our room the staff were unco-operative & this could only be achieved by a further increase in price. Compared to all our other accommodation in France we did not feel that this hotel provided good value for money. Also for travellers with large luggage there was no sealed path to the hotel which meant a long way to carry heavy bags.
