Cons. Garbage truck woke me up Elevator was loud Received call in middle of the night about my Tv
Pros. We were there on a one night stay for a road trip. We didn't want fast food, which is what is close by, so decided to try the hotel restaurant. My daughter had the turkey BLT and I had the Thai chicken salad. The food was freshlyi made and surprisingly good.
Cons. I didn't appreciate the mandatory $20 incidentals charge. I know it would have been refunded if we hadn't used it, but it made me feel like I was not being trusted to pay for what I might buy.
Pros. Location was convenient and the hotel was very clean...
Cons. I didn't use the Bistro but wasn't too excited that they didn't have a continental breakfast. Had I known that before making the reservation, I probably would've stayed somewhere else.
Pros. The new bistro was nice and the new key cards where you tap them on the door handle to unlock the door was nice. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was good especially since it looked like they were in the middle of renovations.
Cons. Storage containers in the front of the hotel taking up parking spots could have been put in the back of the parking lot. The renovations looked more like retrofits. The attention to detail on the finishing touches was not there. I felt like I was in a older business hotel trying to look new, young, and hip. The bedding was lack luster, basically a very thin duvet not in a cover and a thing decorative sheet laid over it. I also had a blood spot on my sheet. The headboard was two foam pillows in white pillow cases standing up against the wall. It reminded me of that infomercial for the pillow that blocks the space between the between and the headboard so you pillow doesn't fall behind the bed.
