Pros (+) Located right across from the beach, and Mozambique (great restaurant and bar). Full breakfast in the morning is included and they have blankets, towels and beach umbrella you can rent for free. This was first time in Laguna, but my friends have come many times before and this is their favorite spot to stay.

Cons (-) I did not like that no one informed me that paying for beach-side view would include the 7am wake up from street construction crew that was directly below me. Jackhammers going at 8am which at that point I decided to not extend my stay and check out! If I had known I would have never even stayed there in the first place!!!
