Cons: The center seat belt in the back was broken and not disclosed to us. When we got home we loaded the truck to go camping and then started to load the kids into the back seat and discovered the seat belt was broken. We had to change the way we had the passenger situation set up with another vehicle that was going with us which was not expected. When we told this to the rental place they said sorry and that was it. No refund or discounted rate due to the vehicle not being as represented by them. They could have handled this more professionally.

Pros: Having found a decent price I showed up on Saturday just past noon to find their doors closed. Upon reaching the manager the next day my reservation rate wasn't honored and I was given the run around by the local and national reps.

Pros: I have been renting from this location for over 20 years. Very convenient always nice.
Cons: Prices are typically higher because of the surrounding area.

Quick and easy
Pros: Easy rental and was given a ride home afterwards.
Cons: I haven't rented from Enterprise before, I'm used to leaving with a paper contract and a full tank of gas, In this case, I left with the car at 5/8 tank and an electric contract in my email. I can get used to not having the paper contract, but returning a car with the same fuel level is easier when that level is full.

Pros: This enterprise was very accomadating and the customer service was fantastic.
Cons: The only complaint is the hybrid vehicle cargo space; the trunk was not designed well and could fit barely two suitcases the rest has to go in the backseat.
Pros: They had no cars available when I arrived, they wouldn't call any other branch to see what was available. Your app would not allowed to cancel the reservation so I couldn't look for another rental company. I had to call around and end up paying double of what I wanted. Horrible experience!

Pros: The Agent was very friendly and accommodating.

Cons: Office was closed when I arrived and I had to wait 20-30 minutes for someone to return

Car reserved. Just kidding.
Cons: Reserved a car but was notified the day of my rental that there were no cars available. A rep apparently called to let me know AFTER my reservation time had passed but didn't leave a message. Fortunately, I called to make sure my car would be ready, at which point the rep just told me that they didn't have any cars and to call about store and provided no additional assistance. I spent an hour on the phone ensuring that the guaranteed price would be honored at another location and had to speak to 3 different customer service reps (some of whom were rude) and had to cover the cost of travel to another rental location at the last minute.
