Pros: Beautiful location, staff go above and beyond to look after you.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were fantastic - nothing was too much trouble. The food was amazing, from a relaxed breakfast on the beach to Mark's fantastic lunches in the Beach Club and the sophistication of dinner at Rhodes. We had a fabulous holiday and will definitely return.
Cons: Having to leave!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: George went above & beyond to make sure we were enjoying our stay! Zack, Desiann, Rhondi and the scuba tech crew were also very nice.
Cons: We had mosquitos & we found a cockroach in our room.
7.0 Good
Pros: Good location, lovely gardens, attractive rooms, good facilities, good food, friendly staff
Cons: The beach was nice but we didn’t like the swimming. A lot of seaweed and the sea was murky - which we didn’t like
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is one of the most well run luxury resorts. They tend to the tiniest detail and the facilities are spotless. The spa services are excellent and the water sports equipment and offerings were fantastic. Dining at Rhodes under the fresh flower lined ceiling is a sigh to behold and the food is spectacular.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room
Cons: The lunch restaurant took forever
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was just amazing! Perfect Grenadian hospitality. They were very accommodating and went above and beyond the call of duty. Regan, Rhondi, Shari, Desmond, Gabriel, Sheril, Leslie-Ann all made my stay extra special. The greeting upon arrival by the stafd ans garbutt famiky was special. The send off was also special. I just really loved it here.
Cons: Nothing that is within the control of the property. Sometimes wanting to have a quiet time at the beach but having non guests come up with their little dinghy was disruptive. Didn't happen often so not a major issue. The beaches are public so the hotel has no control of that.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: A beautiful setting and the staff was outstanding.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Lovely hotel set in acres of gardens and close to the beach. We enjoyed the balcony at our room which gave a view of the sea. You can use the beach benches at the silver sands hotel which is lovely. But do not eat or drink there as it is exorbitant. Instead go to the wonderful Umbrllas bar and restaurant which is lively , good value and has live music in the evenings staff very lovely too. Nice atmosphere. Grenada is expensive but this was not bad. Nice pool
Cons: Shower could do with upgrade. And the rook needs a tea pot for English visitors. Yanks don’t care but we do. Oh , and a milk jug please. Otherwise good to be able to cook ourselves when we wanted.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: From arriving to departure it was great service. The fruit punch welcome drink was amazing. The staff is sooooo friendly and helpful.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Not on the beach but close by. Staff there is very helpful. They have a beautiful garden
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The room was excellent, with good air-con and bathroom facilities, and the hotel gardens are very pretty. It is handy having a supermarket close by, for water/beers/snacks, and we liked having a shaded outdoor terrace area with table/chairs/loungers to relax in at the end of the day.
Cons: The hotel has access to a beach area which is OK (NB there's a 10 min walk to the beach) but it's quite a limited area and there aren't many options for shade. We were the only guests there when we went for a few hours, so we nabbed the only spots under the tree.
6.3 Good
Pros: Very close to the mall ,supermarket, and spice cafe (good coffee)
Cons: the villa's are nice but the living room didn't feel comfortable and the kitchen didn't have drinkable water or microwave or coffee machine

Cons: Nothing
7.5 Good
Pros: Wonderful staff, nice spacious villas with full modern kitchen. Gorgeous views of Caribbean Sea / beach.
Cons: No privacy if you want the view. Curtains are white and sleeping in is impossible. Trouble with bugs from windows not having screens and no air conditioning in the living space. Only A/C in bedroom and it doesn't circulate to the rest of the rooms. Property is a little isolated and airport noise can be a problem.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was amazing, the grounds were beautiful, it had the most amazing views and the hot tub was to die for!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The view was world class. The people went so far out of their way to be friendly and accommodating. The suite was gorgeous, so comfortable, and had EVERYTHING, we needed for a comfortable stay.
Cons: That we had to leave to go home!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The photos did not do these properties justice. The apartments were amazing with a hot tub on the balcony/roof garden area to the apartment!!!! The staff were so helpful and were on call 24/7. I will be going back there, if not by the end of the year it will be early next year. To all staff at Maca Bana keep up the good work you guys are amazing see you soon Mrs James - Coconut apartment.
Cons: The fact I had to leave!!! No seriously, the Aquarium restaurant was a let down, we had to wait over an hour for food of a BBQ. I guess they just did not like us?? Maca Bana promotes this restaurant but need to stop it does not do them any favours.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful view. Everything was perfect.
Cons: The expense
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Paw Paw is an excellent unit! However, I am very concerned with Maca Bana’s very low accompany rate!!!
Cons: JoAnna needs to make sure she covers everything during her check in and explanation of all aspects of Paw Paw. Had to go back to Nixon who made up for her lapses! This was also the case last year when JoAnna had just started!!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Amazing view and having your own hot tub is great!
Cons: The property was a little tired and some things need addressing.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: I have a bad back and the staff were very helpful
9.3 Excellent
Pros: They fulfilled a request to have a special welcome for a wedding anniversary! Good attention to detail.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was good, I do wish there was a few more options but I almost didn't care because the view every morning is fantastic. My room was really nice and because it was my birthday they laid out flowers and a bottle of wine. It was so sweet and the housekeeping staff was so friendly!!!
Cons: On the night of my birthday I came in and saw a very large roach. I was terrified and called for assistance. Akeem came right up to kill it and take it out. 20 minutes later when I returned from the local food event downstairs there was another one. Thalisa and Akeem tagged team together to kill it because it went under the couch. I was really grateful for their help, but it was so hard to sleep because I was so paranoid.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Stunning place and very friendly.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Staffing and rooms very good food was good.
Cons: Tax rate
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very nice beach resort with wonderful marina and water sports activities. There are 4 different pools to select from and a SPA service. The restaurant proved a 24 hours room service as well as breakfast in the room service. The balcony was very spacious and wonderful sunset view. Staff are amazing.
Cons: The beach is very small.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast. Helpful and pleasant staff.
Cons: The white light on the phone that flashed constantly throughout the night.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very nice location, very spacious bedroom and very spacious balcony all with high quality wooden furniture
Cons: For a resort hotel, breakfast was poor and inconsistent. There should be a greater variety of cereals and hot main dishes. There were very limited and this was unexpectedly disappointing. The space available and layout was also poor and not well planned since there was "dead" space available to separate some of the facilities e.g. cereals could be positioned separately from other areas.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff are very nice and helpful. Especially Dwight and Darren!
Cons: Food wasn't the greatest but I think they dont use much spices because of the tourists may not like it. I would suggest if you love flavour in your food with spices etc. eat off the resort at a local Grenadian place. We did not get to try the pizza but I'm sure probably the best option :) ...Street Food Wednesday was the best.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved everything about it!

9.5 Excellent
Pros: The staff were exceedingly helpful and professional at all times. There was a particular gesture of kindness I have never experienced anywhere else . We came to the property late after a delayed flight and after their kitchen and other restaurants on the island were closed- knowing this the resort prepared sandwiches for us. They were delicious.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location and very secluded and restful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our seaside villa was wonderful. Good taxi services and within walking distance of local buses.
Cons: Pretty much everything was fine.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The sense of outdoor living. The beauty of the location. Lovely local wildlife passing bar (mongooses, humming birds and other). Nice pool. The openness of the restaurant and bar. The exceptional quality of food served in the restaurant. The great lighthouse entertainment [& quality of music in the bar background).
Cons: There isn’t anything we didn’t like (apart from the distance to the supermarket for our self catering element, as we didn’t have own transport.....).
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff was wonderful!!!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful property lovely villas and an amazing comfortable bed
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The privacy and smaller scale of the resort made it feel more relaxed. The Serenity Villa was amazing and highly recomment it! Staff were excellent especially in the restaurant. It was great having a good sized menu when there for a week plus the addition of the BBQ and the Taco/Roti days.
Cons: It would have been great to have closer access to other restaurants especially when there for a week. However the restaurant had lots of varied options.
5.8 Okay
Cons: Restaurant staff was not very good. First night I had dinner there was only staff and I. They played super loud rap music and it felt more like the staff had a party. After I got a headache I asked them to turn it down and perhaps that’s not the right music. They turned it down but kept it on. Ok. Not nice. First course took ages to get. Second course came when I was still in first. Bad timing. Then I asked for the check and to put it on the room. They said won’t work since no tap has been set up. I said that is ridiculous I am a guest and showed them my room key. Then I got strange comments from the staff. So I had to go to my room, got my wallet and paid cash. Finally I asked for the manager who apologized and said that they are not supposed to play this sort of music and at that level. She was helpful and professional. Very weird for such an expensive place. I was there for four days and they only cleaned my place ones. No kidding. So 25% of my stay my room was cleaned. They said they only clean every other day. Bathroom is detached from bedroom and not air conditioned. Wide front door to living space hard to close at night. Place far away from anything. You need a car. Front desk closes at 4 pm. When I asked for a taxi to get picked up for the airport front desk lady said she will give me four taxi company names and their phone numbers. Really, they cannot call a cab for a guest? Luckily a friend drove me. Would not recommend that place.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location, grounds and villas were absolutely beautiful, and the views were stunning. The breakfasts were very good--we didn't skip any of them--as were all the other meals! The staff were always cheerful and helpful. We (all 4 of us) left relaxed, rested, renewed and filled with so many wonderful memories!
Cons: The trek up & down the hill was not easy, but transportation (golf cart or car) was available, if needed--and one of us did!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very beautiful setting above Grand Anse beach.
Cons: Our villa was at the top of the hill. Long and steep walk ; difficult if you're not in good physical condition.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were well equipped and very tastefully furnished. The amenities at Grand Anse Beach were also wonderful.
Cons: I didn't like the pool which even with adult supervision can be unsafe for young children.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The location is perfect, the view from the villa is amazing, lots of fun beach offerings from ping pong to sailing, great music 3 nights of the week, cookies at bedtime. It just doesn't get any better! We visited a few other hotels and they did not compare to all that Mt. Cinnamon offered.
Cons: Some of the furnishings and rugs need upgrading in the villa. It is a steep hike up the hill if you have one of the upper villas, but it is great exercise!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Great staff, location and food The beach is amazing!
Cons: The pool was cold and small. Would be great to have a pool option near the beach
7.5 Good
Pros: At check in they gave us a cool towel and rum punch. Room had a beautiful view. Lovely stroll to the beach. Super nice people. Love Granada. Would come to mount cinnamon again. It was nice that breakfast was included however my husband never received his toast.
Cons: At check out the receptionist kept answering the phone. Constant interruption. Restaurant for evening meal was crazy expensive. And not very good. Burt potato wedges and they served them anyway.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Views and rooms were amazing. Staff was accommodating and friendly!
Cons: Slightly off of the main road and a walk down the hill to the beach.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I cannot say enough great things about Mount Cinnamon, its facilities, staff, amenities, service, food, etc. From our initial greeting until our very sad departure we were made to feel like we were extra special guests. Mark, the General Manager, is AWESOME, from remembering everyone by name and story to always checking in making sure we were happy. Shauna, what a sweetheart! Her smile just lightens the room. Judy, also above and beyond . . . can't top this staff! I can go on and on . . . the grounds keepers, the housekeeping, the wait staff . . . . impeccable! I hated to leave but cannot wait to book my next stay at Mount Cinnamon!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location, facilities and amazingly friendly staff who knew all our names. The dive centre is right on the beach next to
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Rooms were very nice, gorgeous views of grand anse from all patios. All staff were very friendly and knew us by name by the end of our trip. They booked all activities for us at our request. Beach cabana area was very nice with lots of water sport activities including kayaks, stand-up paddle boards, hobie cats and snorkeling equipment. There was also ping pong, beach volleyball and croquet by the beach. The beach side cabana provided lunch and cocktails daily which were reasonably priced. The main restaurant Savvy was very good and we ended up eating there 4-5 nights of our stay. There is nothing bad I can say about Mt Cinnamon, except the walk up the hill to our villa may not agree with some people (we enjoyed the exercise). We will definitely be going back.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: We really appreciated the hospitality at this hotel. They really go out of their way to make sure that your stay is comfortable and convenient. The staff are fantastic - we couldn't have had a more pleasant experience.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and professional Staff, amazing location and very beautiful beach. The restaurant Savvy is serving nice food . The hotel's villas have a very beautiful view of grand Anse
Cons: Some small details in the villas may be refresh a lil bit cause they are lil bit old.

Pros: The room was great, the view was amazing and the restaurant was excellent and they were able to meet my partner's special dietary needs.
Cons: Honestly, not much. It was quiet, which is what we wanted. And our masseuse was great, which was also nice. The drinks were perfect, the beach was beautiful and our room (Standard room #9) had amazing views. A near-perfect vacation.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic location! Fantastic decor! Great staff!
Cons: Food selection could be more varied. However, this is not a major issue.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: It is so serene and that is exactly what we wanted. Sometimes it felt like we were the only people there. The rooms are very comfortable, every single person on the staff is incredibly nice and accommodating. The spa was amazing - I had the hot stone massage. The views are breathtaking and hearing the ocean at every turn was so lovely. Also, to see the ocean from the shower offers an incredible view.
Cons: My husband loved it but I personally didn’t care for the outdoor-esque bathroom area. After the rain, there were more mosquitoes - nothing crazy, just a few - so we left a mosquito coil, provided by the hotel, to burn in the bathroom. The food is very good, just wish there were some local cuisine options.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Top location
Cons: Too expensive

Pros: 5 minutes by taxi from Maurice Bishop Airport. Without heavy baggage it's a healthy walk. Very good wifi connection. Large air conditioned room with a nice sight terrace. Friendly staff. Nearby you can find something to eat (kiosks, little restaurant...)
Cons: Noisy air conditioning.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Lovely, friendly owner, a good overnight for us as we travelled early next morning to Carriacou, air conditioning, a balcony, a woman next door will cook dinner or breakfast though it is not cheap - effect of Canadian dollar, Americans will find things cheaper. Coffee is instant.
Cons: The location is in a neighbourhood near the airport, a bus ride away from town and not on a beach but that is why it is so affordable and has nice views from the upper rooms.
7.5 Good
Pros: Clean, comfortable and situated close to the airport and beaches
Cons: No blow dryer or shampoo in the room

Pros: LOCATION WAS SERENE AND PEACEFUL. THE BEACH BAR WAS ALSO VERY RELAXING. THE FANTASIA NIGHTCLUB WAS VERY NICE AND WORTH CHECKING OUT ON WEDNESDAYS. MATURED CROWD!
Cons: NOT CLOSE TO BUS ROUTES. NEED TO WALK ABOUT A MILE TO THE NEAREST BUS STOP, THROUGH HILLY TERRAINS.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is located on a very secluded and beautiful beach. We loved the location. It was also very close to town and short taxi from / to the airport. The staff was very helpful and easy to work with.

7.5 Good
Pros: The place was very relaxing
Cons: It could of had a driver on point to take the guest to the city
9.1 Excellent
Pros: The beds are comfy, the beach is right outside your door, essentially. All rooms have a sunset beach view, and you can check out a kayak from the resort for free. The hill out is a good morning warm-up for the day.
Cons: Food was a bit pricey if you go off any menu aside from the All Day menu, and the hill out is steep if you plan to take the buses most places (which I highly recommend.)
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Beach
Cons: No microwave in room to heat up snacks. particularly inconvenient when restaurants close early
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Proximity of the rooms to the beach and pool. More private beach than others
Cons: One of the activities advertised in the in room pamphlet did not occur. All others were excellent as advertised
8.5 Excellent
Pros: This property is right on the beach which I loved. We stayed on the bottom floor and had a table and chairs on the patio outside of our room. The beach, pool and bar are just a few steps away. The room was clean and comfortable with two beds, a good sized bathroom and an area with a small refrigerator (which we stocked) and counter area. An electric kettle is provided with tea. As a coffee drinker, I would go to the restaurant every morning and they would provide me with a small pot of coffee to take with me free. The hotel has lounge chairs, two kayaks and snorkel equipment that guests can use. It's a 20-25 minute walk to Grand Anse beach and the Spiceland Mall. I'd recommend this place.
Cons: The restaurant, while beautiful, didn't have consistent food. A dish we liked on our first visit was not good on our second. We didn't end up eating there more than three times.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location was incredible. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated. The staff were friendly and helpful
7.5 Good
Pros: Best beach in Grenada. No waves at all. Hotel is nice and it’s affordable.
Cons: Did not like the double beds, way to small for 2 people. Front desk staff and restaurant were too reserved, need to be more cheery and need to speak louder. Other staff were friendly and personable.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Excellent service and staff
6.3 Good
Pros: The location of the property and the beach are fabulous. Beach towels , although old and tattered are available. Beach lounges are plentiful. The property is very lovely and does have potential. Taxis are plentiful and drivers nice. The cleaning staff are very nice and good.
Cons: The hotel staff couldn’t care less about anything. To get anywhere, you have to walk up the driveway that is about a 45 degree angle. The roads are in bad shape, construction everywhere, noise, debri. The restaurant is a joke. You have to have a sense of humor. It will take you at least an hour to have breakfast. The bar by the pool is a joke. If you finally get your drink and then you get sick of waiting for the bill to sign, they yell at you next time they see you, you didn’t sign for your drinks. Then you wait again. There is no consistency to what they leave in your room from day to day as far as coffee, creamer, sugar, toiletries. One day no coffee, next no sugar, etc.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: It was intimate with the location and the view from the hillside was amazing! Convenient for walking to the beaches...
7.0 Good
Pros: The beach.
Cons: The resort is too far. No transportation. We had to pay Junior the taxi. $20.00US to go to the spiceland mall. The restaurant is horrible. The food was horrible.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The small beach the hotel is on is beautiful. The air conditioning was functional and quiet (seems simple but we had a poor experience at another hotel. The breakfast omelettes are fantastic.

9.3 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely great location right in the middle of best beach in St Georges at the back, and out the front you can walk to lots of local stuff, (like the superb local sushi place across the park). There is an on-site little open air restaurant which is has good Italian food. The rooms are very basic, but the showers have better water pressure than hotels in Canada, the staff are great and the rooms are kept very clean. It provides a much more local feel than some of the more expensive resorts, but since it is Grenada (very safe, walk anywhere, just like at home in the US or Canada) and you are literally right on the best beach, it is the best value for beach lovers or business travellers in my opinion.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Check in was great and the staff was very friendly. We were also allowed to checkin almost an hour early and the room was clean.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Pleasant and professional staff. Often went beyond expectation to make guest comfortable.
Cons: Needed larger mugs for hot beverages, as well as bowls and cutlery to have cereal or a meal.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Gorgeous view from my balcony, friendly and helpful staff, travel office with island tours and boat tours, hotel is located right on the beach, I could put my lounge chair in the shade of a sea-grape tree right outside the gate and enjoy the beauty of Grand Anse.
Cons: No drink machines, restaurant was closed, nothing to eat or drink at the hotel. (However, there are other restaurants and a grocery store in walking distance.)
6.8 Good
Pros: A/C worked flawlessly. Shower water was hot and plentiful. Sangria Restaurant was enjoyable.
Cons: The staff are all great. Having stayed here for a 4th year we can see the degradation of the rooms. Only ice machine on the property was out of order. Hotel can't control the gypsys on the beach selling things but this year they were impossible..
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Position of room, for my mum.
Cons: Only green tea in the restaurant
10.0 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Resort is beautiful. Rooms are spacious, very well kept and the service at the bars and restaurants was great. Watersport was very good with the help of the manager, Boota. He's a pleasure to be around. Overall experience is worth going back for. Luxury at it's best.
Cons: Daily breakfast was always the same at the buffet. Some variety would help. Evening entertainment, though ok, needs better entertainers to keep us involved.

Pros: Beautiful condo, comfortable bed, and fully stocked kitchen to prepare meals. One of the very few places I found in Grenada that accepts pets, and my dog and I felt very welcomed there!
Cons: The only complaint I had was that the sheets could've been a little cleaner (a few hairs left from the last guests). Other than that my stay was very enjoyable.
