Pros: Each day the breakfast meal was delicious. Luisa and her staff do a superb job. Luisa knows all the places to go which made our stay there effortless. She even provided us with an umbrella for the beach. The wifi connection was quick and easy. This was important since there is no TV.

Pros: Luisa was the perfect host, nothing was too much trouble and she went out of her way to help us and make sure we had a great few days in La Paz. We were lucky enough to have the place to ourselves and it really felt like a home away from home. Simple but perfectly equipped rooms, nice spot in a safe area. Breakfast was also absolutely delicious (like all the food we ate in La Paz)!! Would highly recommend!

This hotel has 11 square feet (0 square meters) of space consisting of a conference center and a meeting room. Free self parking is available onsite.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: We loved our experience at this hotel. The entire staff, especially Paul the bellhop and Norberto the bar tender were attentive and personable. It was clean, quiet (with the exception of the Cathedral bells that rang periodically), and beautiful in its aesthetics. The breakfast buffet was plentiful in its options- and it appeared that you could request pancakes or eggs if you didn't care for the options that morning. The rooftop pool and bar are top notch- when the temps are close to 100 and the beach is too crowded, it was a perfect alternative. I would recommend that anyone to stay here, and hopefully I will be back!
Cons: It sounds petty, but when we turned on the tv several times, it was set at full volume and practically was yelling at us. I don't know why it was set to that, but it was obnoxious.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice and clean hotel, friendly and helpfull staff The swimming pool and view on the roof are nice!!
Cons: The bed was too short for me (i am 1m83) and my feet were out Ask for a room at the side of the catedral! Our room had a terrace but with high walls so you couldn't see any outside air or view..
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Super comfortable bed, great overhead shower. Rooms in general... really good. Lovely roof terrace with bar and pool. Great buffet breakfast. Friendly, attentive staff, especially Roberto at breakfast. Restaurant also really good quality. Great location a couple of blocks from the malecón. Would recommend and stay there again!
Cons: Please stop putting bottles of water in the rooms. Install some water fountains around the hotel. Help make a difference!

Pros: Lovely hotel with great pool facilities and bar upstairs on the roof. The restaurnat was also very good (albeit a bit pricey), the employees were very nice and helpful.
Cons: My room was essentially nondescript...no balcony, just a room with 2 beds. It was clean but without personality.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, and we took full advantage of the rooftop pool and bar. We were particularly pleased with the kind staff. The location was a few blocks off the Malecón, but it allowed easy access to much of what La Paz has to offer.

Pros: Breakfast is always a treat at Casa Juarez. You'll be amazed at the delicious, exotic offerings and the amount of work Silvana and Jaco put in to breakfast each morning. Espresso, cappuccinos, cheeses, meats, melt-in-your-mouth pastries, flaky croissants. The hotel is a cozy, comfortable environment with a sitting area outside each room and a lovely courtyard. Comfortable bed and cold A/C. The hosts are very attentive and go out of their way to make sure you have every thing you need. It's a bonus that they are pet friendly when we need it, but everything is immaculate so you'd never know there have been pets there.

Silvana was an amazing host, gave us tips for our trips and helped us to book excursions. The apartment had A/C in all the rooms and we had room service every day, which was really nice. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was great! There is a free private parking spot just 2min from the place, which was really appreciated. The location is central, walking distance from almost everything.

Cons: It’s about a 25 minute walk to the malecón if you’re a slow walker like myself. There’s not that much street lighting in the area towards the hostel when walking back by yourself. But that’s not the fault of the hostel.

5.0 Okay
Pros: Very nice new hotel in central position, close to the Malecon.
Cons: Cleaning quality needs a lot of improvement. Hairs on the floor at check in. Told immediately to the staff but still not very clean also in the next 5 days. It look staff was just doing the bed and that's it. Breakfast was included but when I asked for the orange juice they asked me 40 Pesos. First time in my life ! I have travelled all over the world for over 50 years. No or little cookies or pastries. The queen size bed was too soft so that it was shaking at any minimal body movement. Roof top pool is quite smaller than how it appears on pictures. Weak wi-fi.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff was nice, check in was easy and I love how you can see the sunset in the rooftop pool

Pros: The proprietor Alfonso was extremely helpful and very friendly. He registered me for a tour which exceeded all my expectations, and which was a much better value than other offers that I could see over town. My room and the private bathroom provided ample space. The Bed & Breakfast is in comfortable walking distance from a lot of great restaurants: I recommend "Il Rustico," "Fuego y Leña", "Bismarkcito," and "Las Tres Virgenes."
Cons: I really cannot say anything about the place that I did not like.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Good location. Nice courtyard. Breakfast had a good selection

10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved everything about this place especially Alfonso and Ornello the owners. Immaculate living quarters and such wonderful people I could adopt them as family and that's how I felt the time we were there. I just happened to come out of the room and smelled this wonderful aroma and just by chance Alfonso was taking his homemade Lasagna out of the oven.....It was the best meal we had on our trip through Mexico for a week. We also got a special treat and tried his lemonchello among other homemade things all of which were wonderful. This place exceeded our expectation and we were so happy we did not book one of the larger hotels in the area, this was perfect. Thank you again and we will see you next time we come to La Paz
Cons: That we did not stay longer

Pros: Location and help yourself bar. Interior common garden area was great.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: El Angel Azul Hacienda is a beautiful, relaxed space with large courtyard and common living room and kitchen area that I was able to use to cook, eat and hang out. Every detail is taken care of and it is kept sparkling clean. Esther’s team with Enriquetta, Patty, Perla, Don Jose and Josephine were so friendly and welcoming. Mancha and Flaca are the sweet dogs who hang out with us. They all took good care of me. :) My room (6) was also very comfortable and had everything I needed, including comfy reading chairs which I love. This is a perfect location to explore La Paz and the surrounding beaches and marine preserves. El Estadio has amazing tacos next door. The Malecon is a 5-10 minute walk and the Catedral and Tues/Sat farmer’s market is a few short blocks away. I walked and took the bus everywhere. I highly recommend taking an excursion to Isla Espiritu Santo with Punta Baja and taking the nearby beach bus to Playa Balandra. Being in the middle of the city there is naturally street and neighbor noise but with ear plugs at night it is totally fine, even for a very light sleeper like me. It is a very worthy compromise for being so close to everything. Overall this was a wonderful stay, and my only wish is that I stayed longer.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: One of the treasures of La Paz! Esther and her staff take great pride in this sweet hotel that is centrally located. There are artful touches everywhere and they went out of their way to make our stay as memorable and as easy as possible. Book the honeymoon suite with the terrace - truly, we will be back!
Cons: Nothing! Everything was perfection!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: What a special place, just one block from La Paz Catedral. The open courtyard is welcoming and has tons of plants, cactus, and art everywhere. Each room is individually decorated. Lots of artsy touches. Good choice for couples. Lots of photo albums to look through in the lobby. We even did a Cactus/Plant identification stroll right in the courtyard with a helpful laminated sheet they provided. Only negative is that beyond coffee, breakfast is not provided. Next door is a fantastic book shop. Walk to Malecon is less than 10 min. On weekends, one street away near the Catedral is a street market with vendors selling food, natural items, clothing and more.
Cons: Coffee available; However, no breakfast available.
6.3 Good
Pros: Nice hacienda and area
Cons: I was given the wrong bed Supermarket soap, the hotel saves money wherever they can The boss charges over 80usd per room but pays employees 5usd per day...
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Open kitchen...bring your own items and use the facilities. Great! Patio area plentiful and charming. Close to important areas in town yet you feel you are in a lovely secluded garden when here.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Simply wonderful
9.5 Excellent
Pros: We stayed in the “honeymoon suite,” which is a large, beautiful room with a private even-larger equally beautiful terrace attached. Every detail of design and decor is exquisitely thought out and made the visit a treat for all the senses. The kitchen for self-catering in the main building is pristine and well-equipped, even with spices and other staples, and the honor bar was a huge bonus, allowing us to enjoy drinks on our own terrace. Though we did not use them, the availability of ice boxes, beach towels and other amenities for going to the beach are a reflection of the degree to which every comfort has been thought out. We also enjoyed shopping in both the consignment store and the bookstore in the building. Ester and her staff are welcoming and accommodating. The inn’s location within an easy walk of everything in the old town adds still another layer of pleasure. We could not have been happier and hope to return before too long.
Cons: The bathroom sink runs only cold water, which is a little tricky for a shaving man. Hanging a shaving mirror in the lovely shower would be a help.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Esther (the owner) really made us feel at home. We came to Baja for our honeymoon, and her welcoming and kind-hearted personality really made our trip special. Beyond that, the hacienda itself, especially the blue and white inner courtyard, is gorgeous. It has cozy vibe, unlike the commercial look-and-feel of the other hotels we saw in La Paz. We missed the whale sharks on this trip, and if we come back we'll definitely stay here!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely lovely in every way. The grounds and rooms are so beautifully designed and decorated. We didn’t want to leave and can’t wait for our next trip back. Esther is an incredible owner and thinks of every detail to help you during your stay.

Pros: Fabulous breakfasts. Rooftop terrace with great views. Stand up paddle board from the beach out the back doorway. Leanne was a wealth of info for activities, restaurants, transportation, etc. Location is a quick, easy drive (or cheap Uber) to Malecón.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Owner was wonderful. Has been very helpful also her parents. Great Recommendations for meals
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Leeanne is a fantastic host with great culinary skills, great local knowledge and fantastic vibes. The location fronts on the water in a quiet neighborhood a little off the beaten path, but still plenty close to the center of La Paz. The sweeping views of the bay from the rooftop are a fantastic way to enjoy dawn and dusk.
Cons: I wouldn't change a thing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was great. Leanne prepared every day a different kind of breakfast with a lot if varieties. She was a wonderful host and we felt like a small family. The pool was clean and refreshing and the view from the upper terrace was breathtaking.
Cons: Nothing
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness; hospitality of owners; charming Mexican property; pool; roof terrace with views of bay.
Cons: 1) Bed a little smaller than we’re used to. 2) We didn’t have enough time to enjoy the place!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly atmosphere but professional at the same time. Room was very clean, breakfast was excellent and we received helpful information about restaurants and local sightseeing.
Cons: Unfortunately the last night there was a party at the property close to Casa Kootenay. Music at a very high volume until very late in the night. Of course that was not under responsibility of Casa Kootenay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The property is only two kms from the malecon, and is beachfront. The neighbourhood is lovely and safe. It is completely private from the road, and has a beautiful, cozy pool and garden area. There is a roof top terrace facing the beach where we enjoyed a glass of wine and sunsets. Because it’s slightly away from the Malecon, it’s very quiet at night. The four rooms are large, beds are comfortable, and it is all super clean And well maintained. The delicious breakfasts are served in the family dining room, family style. A different breakfast was served every morning. The owner/host (LeeAnn) went out of her way to help us book excursions, and gave us great restaurant recommendations. She is from the Kootenays in BC, Canada and speaks both English and Spanish.
Cons: We had to leave
10.0 Excellent
Pros: LOVED staying here and wish we had longer. The breakfast was excellent too xx
10.0 Excellent
Pros: What a great experience! The hosts went above and beyond to make sure our brief stay was enjoyable. The breakfast provided was amazing. The location was convenient for a wide variety of activities.
Ventana Bay Resort - La Ventana - Building

Overview Reviews
With a stay at Ventana Bay Resort in El Sargento, you'll be on the waterfront, within a 10-minute drive of La Ventana Beach and La Ventana Campground. The front desk is staffed during limited hours.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Ask Robert (from Ecuador) to take you on an EBike tour!
Cons: dining options are limited unless you have a car
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The first position I would rate the best kitchen staff super professional. Reception is great and very welcoming
Cons: The possibility to have dinner inside the hotel every evening
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful stonework property in classical Mexican style.
Cons: Gate that had to be manually opened and closed each time we entered and left property.
7.5 Good
Pros: The location is perfect - little bungalows right above the sea all with perfect views and between lush green gardens. The bungalows itself are as well nicely done.
Cons: Everything lacked a bit of organization due to a lack of proper communication. This Place was advertised with a Bar and Restaurant - in Reality the bar and Restaurant were only Open during the day and not in the evening - so either you bought your own food or go out to dine. That was fine for us but if a description says a hotel has a bar, we normally expect to be able to get some drinks at least until 10 pm. Of course the restaurant of the hotel as well was closed on 1st of January - and nobody informed us that so are most other restaurants. If you have a hotel with a closed restaurant I would at least expect to be informed if getting food is a problem so you could organize beforehands - but since we weren’t we ended up with eating Nacchos without anything for dinner because that was the only thing left at the local supermarket. Breakfast was good, but we were told that breakfast is between 8:00 and 9:30 - when you arrived at 8 at the restaurant it at least took the staff 45 min - 1.5 hours until they were able to serve you the breakfast. I wonder why they just don’t communicate that there is no breakfast before 8:45. This time of the season our bungalow was freezing cold with 10 degrees inside - no heater and ac didn’t work. the kiting school at the hotel was quiet unorganized. The guys teaching there are good - as long as you are able to get a lesson. We asked two days beforehand if we can get an early lesson because afterwards we needed to depart - they of course said „yes, no problem“ but then that day we waited until 12 before they told us there is no lesson available anymore before 4 pm. Not having capacity for lessons is allright because there are a lot of kiting schools in La Ventana - But all this waiting and nothing happening without any communication made us very unhappy in the end because then it as well was too late to organize going to another school as we had to leave for our flights.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent eco sensitive setting. Outstanding staff- helpful kiteboarding instruction and available equipment to rent at reasonable prices. Very friendly.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent

Pros: Amazing management, amazing staff, amazing kitesurf school. We were recommended the perfect Whales Sharks diving and many other ideas. It is like to be in a family . We will be back MANY times for sure
Cons: basicaly nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The villas were wonderful for a romantic getaway! We called ahead to let them know that we were arriving late, and they accommodated us by having someone stay until we arrived. The villa was prepared for us and the "fireplace" was even lit with a candle. Our villa was secluded, had a king sized bed, a hammock, and a beautifully tiled shower. The beach was a short walk away. Breakfast was delicious and the honor bar well stocked. I can't say enough about how we were treated or the atmosphere that we enjoyed. would absolutely return here!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, grounds and architectural style of the resort's buildings are very pleasant. The resort is secluded, it is immersed in tropical vegetation, it is on the beach and offers incredible views of the entire bay.
Cons: Breakfast was excellent and dinners were great. It was a pity that dinner wasn't offered every day.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: location and beautiful view
Cons: had to ask for essentials items(soap, towels), restaurant very limited)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had an excellent trip. It was a beautiful property. Our bungalow had a dome with ornate brickwork over the bedroom and inside bathroom. There was also an outside bathroom with shower. Veranda and porch overlooking the ocean. Excellent food prepared fresh for breakfast and lunch. Marty did a good job with Kitesurf instruction for my wife. Located directly on a windy kitesurf beach. It’s just a few miles from the center of La Ventana, in el Sargento where it is much quieter but still only a short drive to restraunts. Friendly staff.

Pros: Good location, very clean room, great internet, very helpful staff!
Cons: Small swimming pool, no shade in parking! Breakfast was poor, one cup of coffe without refill. I ordered simple omelet with ham and cheese and my husband ordered French toast and it was disappointing! Didn’t even go for a breakfast on second day of our stay!
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Loved looking out sliding glass door and seeing a beautiful view of the ocean and the main blvd. The room was clean, price was great. Staff was friendly when we were able to communicate being my Spanish is very limited.
Cons: Wish the bathroom had more privacy. Beware there's also a Seven Crown downtown, but its not waterfront. Pick the waterfront Seven Crown.

Pros: We especially liked the location. The bed was comfy. The front desk staff was beyond helpful before and during our stay. They managed to get us a car to rent when no other agency could. Maid service was prompt and efficient.
Cons: Low batteries in heater remote. No face cloths. Very noisy being on the parking lot, next to kitchen with loud music starting at 7am, floor was dirty. Windows impossible to open if you’re short (in a handicap room?)

Very clean, spacious and comfortable rooms with a beautiful pool area and secure parking. Great breakfast included, and bottled water and toiletries were provided in the room
Cons: We chose a room with a kitchenette but there was not a single utensil or piece of cookware in the room

Pros: Lovely room, comfy bed, beautiful sea views. Delicious, healthy and excellent value food in the restaurant. Paddle boards to borrow for free, yoga for $5. Lovely pool area. Very kind service with a smile, lovely welcoming atmosphere.
Cons: There was a yoga retreat on while we were there, which might bother some. For us it was great, as we had the pool all to ourselves while all the other guests were in the yoga shala!

Pros: The host Olivia was wonderful! She was very friendly, lovely to talk to and made us delicious breakfasts throughout our stay:) she even surprised me with a cake on my birthday!
6.3 Good
Pros: The garden was lovely. The hostess,Olivia, tried to accommodate our requests. Her cooking was superb and she was very kind to offer appetizers at night and just before we left.
Cons: The location--the posada was in a very nice neighborhood but we didn't have a car so there was nothing around to buy (groceries, pharmacy). Good for someone looking for a quiet place. The room--we needed a first floor room and the only one they had was dark, had uncomfortable chairs, had no dresser, no space at the sink for our toiletries, poor lighting. We think the second floor rooms may have been better but that didn't suit us. The pool--was not heated.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly host, very clean, and great breakfast!
Cons: Wifi did drop out at peak usage times. Apparently linked to provider neighborhood issue.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful home setting, a lovely welcoming host, great traditional Mexican breakfast!
Cons: It's not close enough to the centre to walk, but other than that, a lovely place to stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is a family owned Posada. The room was very cozy with a very comfortable bed and plenty of room and great amenities. Breakfast is amazing, and the best part was the time we spent talking to Olivia every morning! 100% recommended!
Cons: We loved everything!
9.5 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Mrs. Olivia is THE BEST HOST. EVER. Friendly as can be, she made us feel like home from the instant we walked in. She made DELICIOUS breakfast (with amazing coffee) every day. She recommended us the best places for lunch, where to go, what to do... she was the best guide we could hope for. She even gave us a ride to downtown! The room is kind of separate from the main house; it has its own (extra clean) bathroom and small kitchen, with a fridge included and all. The house offers a great pool with nice chairs and all, so you can relax there =) the bed was super comfy and the room featured a flat screen with sky tv for those times you don’t feel like going out. The shower was spacious and well equipped, with hot running water on demand. The house is a 15-20 minute quiet/relaxing walk from the malecon and all the main shops; Uber is available and cheap as well if you don’t feel like walking. We rented a car and the house had an actual spot for the car, inside the garage. While the area is safe (house is located in a really nice neighborhood) it’s always nice to have your own spot, with shade! Overall, this was a great experience. The room was great and the host was the best. We’re definitely coming back to this place in our future trip, and definitely recommend it to the broader booking community. Thanks Mrs. Olivia for such a great stay!!!!
Cons: Everything was awesome.

6.8 Good
Pros: The location had a quiet, residential feel. Off the main road of restaurants, it’s best to stay here if you have a rental car. The host was very eager to share recommendations on activities and tours and could book a day tour for you.
Cons: Though nothing major, we were slightly disappointed that the breakfast wasn’t really “breakfast” food (more traditional Mexican, which was wonderful, but if you don’t like that food for breakfast you might be left hungry). We also felt the room was a little smaller than expected. Aside from that, while the host was incredibly informative, we felt slightly pressured into taking certain tours. If you have your own plans for La Paz, this might be off-putting. But still, nothing major.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: We loved the Mexican setting and the surroundings. Do not drink tea so that question was not applicable. The breakfast was great and the host was extremely helpful and pleasant- we were sorry to miss his wife. A most enjoyable stay and would go there again on a return trip
Cons: All was good though there could have been a little more water pressure!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had a wonderful week-long stay at the Hacienda Paraiso! The property is lovely, everything from the breakfast and swimming pool area to the rooms is decorated tastefully with Mexican craft. Richard was the most attentive host, he was very flexible and accommodated us when we needed to make last-minute changes to our stay. He also organized a walking trip to the desert with Benjamin which we cannot recommend enough! We got to see many fascinating plants and animals, as well as rupestrian paintings and human artifacts over 7000 years old! Conversations with Richard and the other guests over the delicious Mexican breakfast were another highlight. Finally, Richard had many great tips on what to do in the area, from shopping to dining to finding the most beautiful beaches. We cannot wait to go back!

Pros: The owners were incredible. So helpful and friendly.

Cons: Nothing
4.5 Okay
Pros: The garden
Cons: The room was terrible. Half the size as promised. Bed also not a queen but somewhere in between a single and a double. Very worn out. Price was totally overrated. 30 dollar room instead of 90. We payed one night and left. Very disappointing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful breakfast. Warm welcome
5.8 Okay
Pros: The host was very informative about things to do in the area, but a bit pushy and it would have been nice to settle in before inandated with what he told us we should do.
Cons: First morning our car was locked in garage and owner left with key. Owner sat with his feet resting on table before breakfast. When we returned in the afternoon the smell in our room was so fowl we couldn't use the AC.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The owner was so nice with us, very helpful all the time. The hotel is beatiful and cozy! Great place, I totally recommended!

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast made to order options...
Cons: Movie channels,more English channels.
8.3 Excellent
Cons: I didn’t like that they charged me $40 USD just to have my dog there... If this would have been noted on the website I may have considered a different hotel. I didn’t like that unexpected cost. Other than that it was a great hotel.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Hourly shuttle to downtown La Paz was really convenient, especially if you want to enjoy an evening out (or parking is limited due to carnival festivities, which was the case during our stay). Very friendly, helpful staff.
Cons: The walk-in showers are large and nicely-sized, but really would benefit from being re-tiled. They are clean, but dated (unlike the rest of our room, which was nicely sized and decorated).

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was great, very large bathroom. great patio area. Right on the Malecon, close to everything.

Pros: Very friendly staff. Parked car in a safe garage and I had no worries at all. Location was right across from the bay and walkway. Very conmfortable room and clean.
Cons: Room was right above the street on the 2nd floor. Times there was lots of street noise especially at night.
6.0 Good
Pros: Friendly staff, convenient location
Cons: The rooftop bar was closed, as was the restaurant - so there was no way to see the view out over the water. There was a very loud generator run at 6am both mornings, making it impossible to sleep even with earplugs.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The rooftop restaurant and bar view is wonderful! Friendly and helpful staff.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: just perfect
Cons: does not have a pool and does not have enough parking
7.0 Good
Pros: The view from the room looking out to the bay was the best thing about the hotel.
Cons: The hotel is stingy about towels--1 bath towel per person per day unless you ask for another. And at first they were giving us only 1 hand towel until we asked for another. And no wash cloths.
5.7 Okay
Pros: Location and comfortable bed.
Cons: It would be better to close the restaurant than to run it so poorly. It would be helpful if they had some English, were not lazy, knew how to mix drinks, and were generally aware of their customers.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location, room was very comfortable, clean and really nice upgrades.
Cons: The only thing I didn’t like was that I didn’t add my kids when making the reservation and I had to paid extra for two more adults and they didn’t work the price with me.

Cons: The rooms are sparse , need more decor and homey touches

Pros: Great hotel. Incredibly clean and comfortable. Friendly staff and just ten minutes walk to the Malecón
9.5 Excellent
Pros: location is great. nearby to everything. breakfast was very good. front desk staff super friendly and helpful
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Last minute booking saved me. Second time here, good place to stay. Modern.
Cons: My particular room this time had no view. It is a bit away from the malecon, not a big deal were it not so hot out. Most frustrating was a laundry room (really needed it ) that did not work at all and no out of order sign to warn of this. Had to hand wash my clothes in the sink using hand soap and air dry, but this is not new to me. Otherwise good place with convenience stores nearby. Staff was great.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Location perfect, a short walk from Malecon (though over some VERY rough pavements that are obviously not the hotel's fault!) . Totally quiet, very comfortable, good aircon and showers, Excellent breakfast included in the price, Great views from room and from the rooftop pool. Good security. Overall excellent.
Cons: Nothing to say!
4.5 Okay
Pros: It’s new and apart of a shopping center.
Cons: For starters the parking is in the middle of a shopping center. The entrance to the lobby is through the elevator only. The rooms are tiny there is no way these rooms fit three people. The a/c seems like it didn’t work as strong. The free breakfast wasn’t the greatest. Also the elevator situation sucks it took forever to go up or down. I wouldn’t stay here again. At the end they ask you for donations which I thought was weird. Towards the end of my stay I started using the stairs because I was overly annoyed with the elevator situation.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The food and cleanliness.
Cons: It´s too much sound between rooms
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was very clean, plenty of hot water, and parking for our car was available for free.
Cons: The room was cozy (small) but nice. No traditional closet or ironing board and iron.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Clean modern hotel with a good breakfast
Cons: A bit noisy as it is a family hotel with many kids.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, plenty of hot water, not too far from the beach area.
Cons: The room doesn’t have a closet. It’s great for one night or if you don’t plan to be in the hotel room. If you’re going to be out, then it’s a cozy little place. Very nice.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was better than expected for a discount hotel. 2 years old still very clean, kept up, nice staff (front desk, cleaning personnel), beautiful view of the bay from pool on roof. Parking lot will lit security guard for the property adjacent business complex, (offices). Very safe, a couple of good restaurants within close walking distance more a little further.
Cons: Rooms with 2 beds, 1 was not a queen.
