The rooms were very spacious and had everything we needed. Close to the strip and Starbucks and mall. And the valet parking very helpful. Very friendly staff, great location, right next to Bellagio. Rooms were really spacious and clean, with strip views. Our room was very clean and quite comfortable. The living area and the kitchen were well-appointed. Our bed was very comfortable. The location of this hotel was perfect. It was close to everything we wanted to go do on the strip. We had a 2 bedroom suite with a living room and kitchen, which was absolutely perfect to fit our family of 6. I will definitely stay here again. Location, cleanliness, super friendly staff. The jockey club is a great VALUE. They are not the nicest rooms on the strip but they are not the worst. They are very large and have everything you need. The location is amazing as it is connected to the Cosmo. Sometimes, it's hard to find initially. I've stayed here multiple times because of the value. No resort fee is awesome as well. Was a good location and good size for 2 couples with good kitchen area and large lounge area. It was so close to the strip and shops the room was brilliant was like living in a one bedroom apartment would definitely stay again on our next trip.

We had a view of a wall. The water pressure was very low and it was hard to wash my hair. Nothing, except the smell of the sewers at the back. Better sign posting to the cosmopolitan. Wall from the window, it was different in the photo. The room looks a little outdated, but that is cosmetic. Would not stop me from staying here. Key cards deactivate. Since we booked late they said and priority was for resort owners, we were placed in a room with no view but the wall of the cosmopolitan. The condo is older and needs a few general upgrades - mostly to the bathrooms. But comfortable, clean and perfect for our family weekend. Guidance about parking before arrival would be helpful though parking itself was fantastic once we understood how/where!! Getting a bit old and dated but the good outweighs the not as good. Dated. Cleaning personnel only speak Spanish and will skip cleaning or do only very basic if you don't push. The crew is not polite and seems impatient. Directions to rooms are imprecise. Rooms could be updated. You can tell they are 20 years old. No real amenities... The sofa bed, but that's being picky. Price is crazy, strong smoke of cigarettes. Not recommended for families with kids. Nice king bed. Terrible Wi-Fi, a bit old fashioned, impossible to check-in without credit card. They rooms are a little outdated. Heater didn't work and they couldn't fix it. It was very cold in room. Kitchen light didn't work. Bathroom pretty small. We were facing a wall & had no view. It made the room feel a bit cave like. We saw that the room across the hall from ours was vacant & was being cleaned & had a view. We checked at the front desk about moving rooms. One staffer gave us hope that we could move, but said there would be a moving fee which we said we would pay. He asked to give him 30 minutes. We waited around & wasted our day waiting. When we returned, that staffer was no longer there. We spoke to the new staffer who happened to be the manager. She fed us some line that “we never know when the owners will show up.” I happen to be a time share owner elsewhere & I know you must make reservations. Owners can’t just show up. I was very frustrated & felt unimportant & that my sister & I didn’t matter. It seems like the front desk staff are super stressed out. No. Nothing. Room needed servicing more often. Could use a little decor update, but no big deal. The beds were a bit hard.
