It’s a nice friendly casino. Our room was at the end corner #618, very small. Could barely walk between bed & tv. Bathroom very tiny. Otherwise, it was clean !& comfortable.
Pros. EVERYTHING! Updated rooms, Clean, just a great experience. The BEST of all was the Employees.,from the reservations agent, bell man, valet to the desk. Everyone was so helpful, not because of it was their job but because they like to help people. I should have gotten names but EVERYONE I dealt with was that way!
Cons. Nothing
Pros. Everything
Cons. Nothing
Pros. Nice valet
Cons. Bad beds smokey smell everywhere rooms were smelly air conditioning did not work
Pros. the staff was very friendly and helpful. the room was very nice and bed was super comfy.
Cons. that you can only ask for one extra pillow and it took forever to get it. and they need more 24 hour resturantes open. it was a busy weekend with concerts on fremont plus they had a craps tournament going and a huge line at their cafe at 3am. had to venture out to north vegas to get food cuz we didnt want to go back to fremont.
Pros. Great location! Delicious Hawaiian restaurants!
Pros. I enjoyed the restaurants and the all around service.
Cons. The valet and front desk personnel should smile more and remember that you need good personal skills in their field. All in all their service was good.
Pros. Price point
Cons. House keeping "Threw Away" My Rasberry Pi 3, the internet is wildly overpriced for 2016, They forced me to change rooms mid-stay. and Eric Eisenberg, Eric Eisenberg, Director Of Hotel Operations was completely unhelpful in compensating me for all that went wrong. His response to my missing hardware and move was "Can I buy you a coffee?" Just a nightmare but hey you get what you pay for....
Pros. Price & location
Cons. Mold on ceiling
Pros. I love the California hotel, whenever I visit Vegas it's my little slice of home (Hawaii). If you're from the islands the California is a pretty comfortable place to be. They have a variety of food choices, and a lot of things I can't normally get on the mainland. The gambling is fun, the people are nice, and overall I think it's a great hotel. The majority of the crowd is rather old so if you're looking for something more modern or trendy than you would probably be better off somewhere on the strip.
Cons. There was no microwave or coffee maker. I was kind of surprised by no coffee maker. I think curtains vs slats would be better for the window shades.
