Staff makes me feel like I’m the most important person in the hotel ❤️
More amenities like ur hotel in Valley Center, California.
The service. They upgraded our room for $100 a night to a suite.
Places to sit and chill out.
I enjoyed the location and my bed.
Better view of the strip and shower and a tub.
Not one thing.
The service. The friendliness. The common sense of how to treat and talk to another human being opposed to acting like you are better than them. I woke up with bug bites all over my body!! Not to mention COVID-19 is happening rn. Idk what time do but i am so mad at myself for going and taking this 1 day business trip. Never again.
The staff has tons of false information and can be very rude on the phone. They advertise for a free shuttle from the airport at booking while one phone representative says thet havent had a shuttle in years and proceeded to hang up on me. Another representative says go to the 3rd party company and pay, but when i go they are closed. I spend an hour on the phone of people telling me they do, and they don’t have free shuttle service and no one can actually get in touch with the shuttle or get on the same page. Upon check in the try to convince everyone to use a kiosk that requires touching which is a horrible idea during this pandemic. Only one team member was on hand to check people in which is unacceptable.
The view was amazing
My toilet was leaking and needed repair
I got my room at cheap rate.
Having access to the refrigerator to keep drinks cold and not having the door sealed shut.
Breakfast? What breakfast? A $9 per person credit at Starbucks each day is not breakfast. Its barely enough to get one of their weak flavourless coffees and ½ a cinnamon bun
The hotel is being updated, so that’s nice. I was charged twice for room upgrade but they stated I would be credited. The walls seemed thin. There may have been a lady in trouble, I had tocall the security. It sounded like she was being tortured. This made it difficult to go back to sleep.
I appreciated that they offered me an alternative hotel to use the pool. I went to Caesars Palace for a pool day. Mathew at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful.
Hotel in Center of action
Location - close to Mat Franco show, Cirque de Soliel Love show, Bellagio Fountain show, updated rooms, Tobey Keith’s, Numb,
Charges for internet beyond 2 connected devices, does not work when a family checks in. At check-in, I was told the resort fee included 2 devices, and then found 2 day’s of charges. I had to speak with front desk, and they did drop the charges - just extra hassle. Also at check-in, I was asked about foregoing housekeeping for a $30 room credit. At check out, fond that after foregoing housekeeping we still were charged $29 for the coffe charged to the room. Still working on that credit. No microwave, no mini-fridge, open shower.
Excellent resort. I broke the shower head, maintenance replaced it within 10 minutes. Opted out of daily room cleaning to get a $30 credit. Called for additional towels and bedding mid stay, they arrived within 6 minutes. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.
Things I cannot control. Drive up access to the lobby is a challenge and somewhat of a logistical issue. Speed bumps are horrible but understandable. Smoke. A fact of gambling. People can openly smoke throughout the casino (years prior there was a dedicated area for smokers.) Nothing here is an unexpected detraction.
Resort fee parking fee sink did not drain light switch hard to locate in bathrooms
