The Large open shower in the description turned out to be a standard bathtub combo. Ceiling height was very low. Memory foam mattress was extremely hard. Sink did not drain. Cleaning crew had their 2-way radio volume really high and walked the halls at 8am.
The room was great love it
Beds were very comfortable!
Could have been better
The view from our room was okay, it was nice to see the strip, but the view of the roof of the building before the strip was kind of an eye sore. The room was clean, as it was overall the whole hotel. Staff were friendly.
We were unaware of construction upon arrival. It was a big disappointment that we had to wear earplugs to help prevent hearing the noise in the mornings, which sometimes did not work. For the amount of money we paid, it was discomforting getting woken up at 7am to extremely loud drills and banging, while on vacation. Would have been nice to at least not have to pay the daily resort fees. Lack of restaurants, ammenities and small casino - probably due to ongoing construction and renovations.
Love the $100 resort fee yet no ammenities
location is convenient.
Way over priced to be staying in a construction zone. No pool and few ammenities to justify the high resort fees. Hard to believe! Could have chosen many other properties had I known they were charging so many additional fees. All the construction made it that much worse!
the room was nice and clean, friendly staff
walls too thin - could hear my neighbors having sex..
There is one black gentlemen that works as security that is multi-lingual and is the most friendly, courteous and helpful person i have ever met. He should be commended. The rest of the stay was pathetic and disappointing. Will never stay here again.
No pool. No spa. Just one restaurant and one fancy restaurant overpriced. Phones did not work could not connect me to Aria spa or to front desk. 40 resort fee but no "resort" because no spa, no pool. Insane. Sunday morning left room at 9 am for breakfast told housekeeper right next to room we were leaving for 4 hours. Return at 2 pm, no service. Left again at 4 pm to run half marathon, return at 8 pm...still no service. Pathetic. Air conditioning did not work well. entire stay was terrible.
Great Staff abd location
All of the staff we encountered were wonderful and accommodating. The hotel was right next to T-MOBILE arena and close to other activities. Everything was clean. Overall a great stay
Great location, friendly staff
My wife and I usually stay at the Aria hotel when visiting Vegas. Because this was our first trip with the kids we thought we could save some money as they wouldn't appreciate the upscale amenities. We didn't find out about the renovations until a few weeks after we booked this hotel. Only two sit down dinner options and both were a little pricey. NO pool although we were told we had free access to sister properties (not exactly convenient) And the noise with construction was not great at 6 am but being from the east cost we were up early before it started anyway. With no shops or buffet or median priced dining options and limited gambling tables this isn't exactly a destination hotel right now and i would have stayed somewhere else on the strip. Im confident this will be an amazing hotel once the renovation is complete but i would skip this one right now.
Terrible time at the Monte Carlo!
It was close to all the central vegas locations
I didn’t like being woken up at 6 am everyday of my stay with loud construction noises after staying out late every night. I did not like having to pay an Uber everyday to shuttle to the mgm pool when the only reason I booked this hotel is to have a pool onsite. The room was the bare minimum to be acceptable and service was ok. I understand the need to remodel your Hotel and do updates but please add a more VISIBLE note before booking letting your guests know they will not have a pool. Start working on your construction after at least 9 am! I did not get a wink of sleep on my last night there and was so exhausted on the drive home and all the hotel could offer me was not to pay resort fees....when we shouldn’t have been paying that anyway since there were no ‘resort’ amenities since the pool was closed. Please do not stay here unless you plan to stay up all night and not visit the pool.
Terrible, awful stay and poor customer service
Nothing. Absolutely nothing
Mobile check in was down so we had to stand in line for 20 minutes to check in. We were assigned to the fourth floor in an unrenovated room. The room smelled bad, the toilet wouldn't flush right and the carpet was coming up. We were woken up at 5am because they were doing construction for the new pool area. At 7am, interior work started. We asked if we could be moved to a different floor and were told we could be put on a request list and it might happen, but we'd have to pay more if we moved up. No apologies whatsoever for the condition of the hotel or noise. We ended up checking out and moving across the street to the Excalibur. We were refunded for the night we didn't stay as well as a whopping $39 resort fee. Don't book here, it's not worth losing the sleep.
Hotel is being renovated. Too much work going on. Stay away until th
Location was very good. Right on the strip and close to public transpotation, walgreen.
No wireless internet on 10th floor. The decoration was a little bit too old.
The $30 all day buffet was amazing as was the cleanliness of the rooms
The pool was only in the sun for 3 hours due to the closeness of other hotels, altough this was during November so I suppose we should be lucky to have had sun!
Service and staff were wonderful
This is a very good located 4 star hotel. I think it is in the top 10 of Las Vegas. Very big and also well organized.
Location was good, on the main road of Las Vegas. Rooms were clean and good price to stay in.
They couldn't find our reservation and it took us about 1,5 hours to check-in, trying to find the booking and making calls to booking.com officer.
Location on the Strip; Comfortable and quite room; Excellent value for money
internet too expensive
Checking out!! And not because of the staff, I was just glad to get out of there!
It was very conveniently located.
Seems very old fashioned. Old lamps, bathtub, all fixtures. After our first day, our used glasses were not removed. Upon arrival there were not any shampoos and conditioner on the little tray. The second day they showed up. It served our purpose, however to be quite honest, I prefer an updated look and feel to a room.
Check in and check out very quickly. Good connection by train to CityCenter and Bellagio.
Room and bathroom need renovation, but are aceptable.
