Room is well maintained and clean when we checked in. Issue is on the next day the cleaning staffs did a very poor job. Only towels had been replaced and trash can been emptied. They didn't clean the bathroom. Floor also didn't got vacuum at all. (Tip left on the table do got picked up).

I was in town for CES, the room was fine although a little dated. It was clean and the bed was decent. There was no coffee machine or kettle, and very limited water. Room service hours are also very limited considering it's in Vegas (7am-9pm most days) so when I wanted tea at 903pm I was out of luck. Tried to order a coffee and some water in the morning and it was going to be $42 so I just walked ...

Beautifully re-done, you don't smell like smoke because the whole casino is non-smoking. Quiet, luxe, would love to go back.

The rooms need deep cleaning. The carpets are dirty and the bench sofa has unsightly stains that appear to be left over from a prior guests amorous fun and games. The decor and furniture is extremely dated. The hallways are very dimly lighted The rooms are large and roomy and the bathroom is quite adequate. Overall the staff is well trained very courteous.
