Everything was clean, beds are comfortable and check in is super easy. It’s in a great location as well.
We upgraded to a suite and I felt like it was a waste of money. It was just a bigger room and the rest simple and basic. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels in Vegas and for the price of the suite, I’ve stayed in a lot nicer rooms with better amenities. Also, resort fees suck and when the pool is closed and they still charge the full price it’s kind of annoying.
Everything. The rooms, locations, hotel, staff, casino. Hotel was formerly the Monte Carlo, but completely redone and is a totally different hotel and experience now.
Additional room for your clothes in the rooms.
Self check in. Rooms. No fridge no cofffee pot.
Room service did not clean our room twice
The hotel was very shabby, and the room service was not prompt
Location
The Large open shower in the description turned out to be a standard bathtub combo. Ceiling height was very low. Memory foam mattress was extremely hard. Sink did not drain. Cleaning crew had their 2-way radio volume really high and walked the halls at 8am.
The room was great love it
Beds were very comfortable!
Could have been better
The view from our room was okay, it was nice to see the strip, but the view of the roof of the building before the strip was kind of an eye sore. The room was clean, as it was overall the whole hotel. Staff were friendly.
We were unaware of construction upon arrival. It was a big disappointment that we had to wear earplugs to help prevent hearing the noise in the mornings, which sometimes did not work. For the amount of money we paid, it was discomforting getting woken up at 7am to extremely loud drills and banging, while on vacation. Would have been nice to at least not have to pay the daily resort fees. Lack of restaurants, ammenities and small casino - probably due to ongoing construction and renovations.
Love the $100 resort fee yet no ammenities
location is convenient.
Way over priced to be staying in a construction zone. No pool and few ammenities to justify the high resort fees. Hard to believe! Could have chosen many other properties had I known they were charging so many additional fees. All the construction made it that much worse!
the room was nice and clean, friendly staff
walls too thin - could hear my neighbors having sex..
Absolutely atrocious
There is one black gentlemen that works as security that is multi-lingual and is the most friendly, courteous and helpful person i have ever met. He should be commended. The rest of the stay was pathetic and disappointing. Will never stay here again.
No pool. No spa. Just one restaurant and one fancy restaurant overpriced. Phones did not work could not connect me to Aria spa or to front desk. 40 resort fee but no "resort" because no spa, no pool. Insane. Sunday morning left room at 9 am for breakfast told housekeeper right next to room we were leaving for 4 hours. Return at 2 pm, no service. Left again at 4 pm to run half marathon, return at 8 pm...still no service. Pathetic. Air conditioning did not work well. entire stay was terrible.
