Everything was perfect
This property needs a total renovation
Very old and run down
Couches in rooms were ripped and very dirty, couldn’t even sit in them they were so disgusting!
First Vegas Trip
Amazing view. I was able to enjoy a nice spa bath with my partner romantically.
couldn't order food late t night
The bed was hard, the ac didn’t work and the entire hotel smelled of smoke
My stay at Rio Las Vegas
Two of the four elevators were out of order so we had to wait long periods of time for an elevator, and the rugs in the room could have been cleaned
Parking was great...staff are friendly and helpful.
The view is beautiful Price is very good Great for kids Great food Local stores are great price Swimming pool is wonderful
Everything was great
the room i received wasn't the same as what was represented on the website
Rio is lacking!
When I booked my stay at Rio, it was because the price was very good, and I used my memory of my last visit to the Rio hotel (8) years ago. Well, things have changed. First of all, upon arrival and check in, we were told we were being assigned to one of the newly refurbished room. That turned out to be false. We had old and abused furniture in our room and no signs of refurbishment. We also later noticed we weren’t even given our complimentary water bottles upon arrival, which we had to complain at the front desk to get. (2) of the pools weren’t working as we were told were waiting for pump replacements. We also found out The Rio’s free "Show in the Sky" was no longer an attraction there, which was a downer for sure. The last visit we made to Rio we noticed the show really attracted a lot of folks. Well not anymore. Room towel replacement was sketchy at best; we actually had (2) different types of towels at the same time. Same with the towels provided in the pool area. The one day they ran out at 10 AM and started handing out room towels. All in all this place no longer stacks up well when compared to known names on the strip. Basically you get what you pay for, not a bargain!
- Old nasty carpets - Peeling paint in places - Stupid policy of checking in at 4pm and checking out at 11am, that's less than 24hrs - Cleaning lady came in at 9am , granted i did not have dnd sign posted, wha'ts the deal with checking if ppl are gone , when checkout is at 11 and you have till 4pm to get the room ready??? - Breakfast not included in a pricey room
Worst staying ever in vegas
Did my reservation 10 days before for a 2 bed room (traveling 2 couples)when I got there staff said was sold out that’s stupid because I paid for my room in advance,I have been visiting Vegas 20 years first time this happened to me,never stay there anymore
