Pros. I didn't have any breakfast!
Cons. Everything could have been better , The hotel has broken gates and people running around screaming, too much traffic , none working air conditioning in rooms , the tv are not supposed to look fuzzy if new , it's like the hotel should be in Vegas looking like that! Prostitutes running around there etc.... I could really go on!!! It basically needs some cleaning up!!!!
Pros. The staff was very kind and professional.
Cons. It was not very clean, some of the blinds were broken and the beds were SO hard.
Pros. Breakfast is usual American one. The beds were comfortable.
Cons. The location is good near to Strip.
Pros. The breakfast was amazing ... the staff was friendly. No complaints
Cons. Air conditioning unit could of been clean
Pros. Complimentary breakfast was good. Staff was helping and courteous.
Cons. Water in the room for tea and coffee was charged. There was no room service.
Pros. The staff were good but the place was outdated and horrible stay.
Cons. The bed was horrible, it caved in the middle, the place smelled like old nasty feet and the light set h in the closet was so loose I shocked myself.
Pros. Location is perfect for walking to the convention center; beds are comfortable and the units are spacious. It was quiet at night time and the staff serving breakfast were very nice.
Cons. Kitchen unit without a single pot, pan, utensil, etc. - pretty useless feature. Lukewarm water in the shower. Front desk and breakfast guard staff is rude and unfriendly. They charge a big resort fee and there's not a 'resort' amenity there. No pool, hot tub, nothing. No book in the unit showing where icemakers are, etc. Bartender is very nice; food is just barely average and very overpriced.
Pros. Breakfast was good
Cons. Everything in room smelled like smoke. Bathroom shower looked really old and had rust and mold. Furniture and decor were scratched. Fridge did not work. Overall my biggest complaint is how bad the smell of smoke was. I would never stay here again
Pros. 5-10 minute walk from Wynn for conference and I only needed a place to sleep for several hours at night.
Cons. None. What I received for the price was what I expected. One thing maybe was that I did not see an in room safe which would have helped if I was going leave my laptop behind.
Pros. The Rita Suites is a GREAT motel when you consider the price and manage your expectations. If you are like me and just want a clean room, warm shower, and cozy bed, this place is perfect. In fact, you will be pleasantly surprised by the kitchen and living area which are rarely found in discount motels. Finally, the location is perfect if you are attending something at the convention center, which is a short 5-10 minute walk. (Depending on how fast you walk) If you are in Vegas for an extended period, they even offer monthly rates.
Cons. The bedroom is rather small and the beds BARELY fit in the room. It takes a bit of gymnastics to get to the far end of the bed. If you don't mind crawling (or falling) into bed from the foot end, this isn't an issue.
