10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was very clean. The room was on the small side, but since we were only staying one night, it was ok. The breakfast was probably the worst we have had. The scrambled eggs were awful; looked like they had been grated after they were scrambled to death. But the coffee was very good!
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Very small hotel room, dirty room, run down lobby. Girl was barefoot who was checking us out. Couldn’t wait to get out of there.

Pros: The location was perfect! Located in central Ogden among the historic buildings, it could not have been better placed. The staff were also extremely friendly and helpful.

Pros: Leaving
Cons: The parking garage was a mess. Hard to find a place to park. In a pretty troubled park of town. Breakfast was sub par at best.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is a beautiful property! It is located in a historic building in the heart of downtown Ogden! So much history! The room was small but well appointed, the bathroom was great! We had an issue with the toilet and the front desk sent someone up immediately to cheerfully fix the problem. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. As in many downtown, urban locations, parking is offsite but they offer valet parking. We chose to park ourselves and unloading and loading of the car is easily done with ample space right in front of the hotel. The parking garage adjacent to the property was easy to find and an easy walk to the hotel. A bit of advice, plan ahead for the parking. It is really very simple if you plan, if not, take advantage of their valet service. All in all a great stay at a great hotel!
Cons: Really nothing!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast: Good variety, clean atmosphere, helpful staff Location: Worked very well for us
Cons: Traffic noise at night was annoying. Sleeping was difficult as a result of the traffic noise.
5.8 Okay
Pros: It was located in the center of downtown close to shops and activities.
Cons: Breakfast was not included in the price of the hotel like the site led me to believe. It was an additional $10.99 charge. Being downtown, the drop off area was tiny and one had to wait in the street before beinging able to check in. Cars were left in the drop off area to allow for unloading and the parking garage was not accessible to patrons who still needed to check in until after they had a room key. I walked a Labyrinth to get to my room and my view was a metal wall built directly in front of my window for privacy. When traveling alone, this was an awkward set-up.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was very good. Bed was comfortable
Cons: Stiffer pillows would have be better.

Pros: This was exactly the type of hotel we wanted for our stay - a cheap one night stay on our way further south to some National Parks. The reception was friendly and efficient, the pool was refreshing, the hotel's restaurant offered diverse food choices, and the rooms were comfortable.
Cons: Nothing really. Everything was as expected.

3.0 Mediocre
Pros: The staff was really friendly and accommodating.
Cons: Rooms and grounds were dirty. Pretty pricey stay for a hotel that needs serious work and updating.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic location felt like we were in a apartment so comfy
Cons: Doors were hard to open with the key cards at times
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The room felt very home-like and comfortable. The kitchenette was the highlight for my stay since there was a fully-functioning kitchen where my friend and I could use to prepare meals. We liked the small details that made it very comfortable with short notes from the staff. Front desk person was very friendly and provided all the information that was needed. She did take care of one issue that occurred with check-in with ease that was a result from booking online. Relating to the location of the hotel, it has everything that a person could need within walking distance. Any shopping needs can be found across the street from the hotel as well as having various restaurants across or down the road.
Cons: The only thing that I didn't like about my stay dealt with the furniture and items in the room. We wished that there would be more mirrors in different locations, so my friend or I could get ready while the other was occurring the bathroom. The phone that wasn't usable. There were a few dents at the bottom of the bathtub in the room that I stay at.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was really friendly and helpful. The location was great because it was central to everything. After a long day in the car it was great to be able to walk to everything we needed.

Pros: It was great breakfast!
Cons: Nothing
3.8 Mediocre
Cons: We had to get 3 sets of card keys from the front desk because they wouldn’t open our room door. After the 3rd time, the front desk clerk came up to look at it. She took a minute to open it, practically having to force the door open with her shoulder. She then handed us the keys and said she would send maintenance up to fix it. They never showed up. We were never offered any kind of discount for our inconvenience and were even told by the front desk clerk that they were in the process of changing door locks because these were old and not always trustworthy. That made my family feel safe as we slept that night! If any other hotel had had an open room, we would have gone there instead. I was thoroughly unsatisfied with my service and overall stay here.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: There were granite counters and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. The place was much nicer than we expected.
Cons: We had a room facing the pool, so we heard the conversations of obnoxious late-night swimmers when our window was open.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Ac not working in our room, no towels, under staffed
Cons: The pool

Pros: Breakfast was just fine. Not complimentary but very convenient.
Cons: Nothing, met our needs.
5.1 Okay
Pros: High ceilings in the rooms.
Cons: Staff was not good gave us a room that did not exist and tried to send us to the nonexistent room multiple times after we hauled all of the luggage and kids to the other end of the hotel multiple times because they said we missed the room until I requested to see a map of the rooms to prove this room number didnt exist at all. Then they finally realized they gave us the wrong room number. The pool was not clean so we weren't comfortable letting the kids swim

Pros: View of snow covered mountains, excellent comfort and in room necessities! I’d give them a 99% great rating
Cons: Toilet rolls are on wall behind toilet so hard to reach, however the issue is the rolling sound from the rooms on either side overnight! Loud enough to wake you yet Pretty funny too!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Spacious, nice quality
Cons: The other guests were loud during presumed quiet hours
2.5 Mediocre

Cons: Avoid this hotel go to a motel 6 its the same but they wont charge 4$ for a bottle of water hampton gives for free.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Clean room. Safe location
Cons: We got woken up at 2 AM to neighboring room blaring music/TV, doors slamming, shouting, and what sounded like furniture being slammed against the wall. Had to call the front desk 2 times to complain and they still kept a movie going loudly until 3:30 AM.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: From the front desk, breakfast crew to the guy cleaning the pool all the staff were very friendly. They all seemed they enjoyed working there; that comes from a great manager that treats their employees with respect.
Cons: wifi was at times a bit spotty
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Extremely friendly welcome from reception. Check-in was fun! This hotel makes you feel at ease as soon as you arrive. Bed was very comfortable, and everything was clean. Dinner available on site as well as a lounge/bar connected to the venue. Didn’t try either as we only stayed for one night and went out. Many options for dining nearby as well as movie theatre and mall within walking distance. It’s a 15/20 minute drive from downtown Salt Lake City with easy access to the Interstate.

Pros: The staff upgraded my room as my 80 year sister was with me & there was only 1 bed. This was done at no extra cost.
7.0 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Only had 1 bed and a foldaway was $25 extra
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice breakfast
Cons: Bed comfort was a little lacking.
7.0 Good
Pros: The location was great. Many places within walking distance.
Cons: The breakfast was awful. The room service was bad and sometimes didn't even come to clean the room or give fresh towels.
7.5 Good
Pros: History , love older buildings , beautiful
7.5 Good
Pros: Quiet, convenient location, parking was easy, comfortable bed
Cons: There are stairs to the lobby with no ramp. This is quite inconvenient when it comes to getting your bags into the hotel. There is a way to avoid stairs which requires the use of the main elevator, then a walk down a hallway to the service elevator that leads to the parking/street level. I tried to get the luggage cart to my car this way but I gave up after standing at the service elevator for 5 minutes with no sign of it arriving. I'm guessing someone had the door propped open on another floor, thereby allowing no one else access to it. I wouldn't recommend this place if you're in a wheelchair.
5.5 Okay
Pros: fine
Cons: No room service, at 10:30 pm I had to call the desk for new towels. Requested some financial compensation for the trouble, did not hear back fro the management. No airconditioning or water on second day, no previous notice for "fire inspection", Had to leave building to get relief from heat. Non working ice machine on 3rd floor. Frustrated at this point and chose not to travel to 8th floor for the alternative. Too many inconveniences to have made this stay enjoyable.
6.3 Good
Pros: The hotel is in a super location near great restaurants and pubs with all the activities of Ogden within easy reach.
Cons: I have stayed here many times over the years. The hotel is clearly in decline. The rooms are clean but spare. With each stay over the last several months I’ve had something wrong in the room. A broken headboard that banged the wall every time I moved. A TV that didn’t work. Lights that didn’t work. This time, one of the elevators wasn’t working. Both were already slow, but it was okay in a building of this vintage. One slow elevator was a joke among the guests - until it stopped working too and we started using the stairwell. The breakfast used to be extremely good and varied. Now, it’s instant oatmeal and standard scrambled eggs. They still haven’t replaced the bar/restaurant that used to occupy a corner of the building. But, the note on the whiteboard still assures it’s replacement will come soon. It’s location kept me coming back, but I doubt I’ll return. Still, I keep my fingers crossed that someone will save the property. It has so much potential.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The nostalgic.
Cons: To close to the Main Street. I could hear all the cars racing at night
10.0 Excellent
Pros: breakfast was awesome
1.0 Poor
Pros: Location
Cons: This hotel is a one star at best. Crumbling at the seams. Staff is atrocious and rude, especially the older lady at night with the hair from the 80s. Everything about seemed straight from a hotel from American horror story. No restaurant or bar on sit
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I really liked the historic nature of the Bigelow. It was very centrally locked.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and quiet. Staff was responsive and helpful. Internet was snappy. Beds and linens comfortable.
Cons: Minor issues with this hotel. Side entrance door had trouble opening with key, so people would stick a rug under it to keep it open. Water is VERY soft, hence, very difficult to rinse soap off. Plugs around desk not tight. Minor mold in shower.

Pros: This was a nice hotel with a diner at the same location. Plenty of parking. nice size room. Great location from the highway.

Cons: We should have called the hotel directly since we were traveling with pets . We arrived to a not pet friendly room and no others rooms were available. We also weren’t aware that there was no continental breakfast.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful facility...there was some construction going on, but it wasn't a problem.
Cons: They didn't have a hot free breakfast available. Instead they had a grab an go bag...a granola bar, piece of fruit and water bottle...not exactly a breakfast. There was an adjacent restaurant, but no free pass or discount.
5.5 Okay
Pros: Proximity to freeways.
Cons: Check in was ridiculously long. Twenty minutes is absurd. Having nothing more than a cup of coffee available in the morning unless you were willing to use their restaurant was disappointing for those of us who had to get on the road was ludicrous. Will not use this facility again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Close to freeway. Very convenient.

Cons: My room was dirty. Blood on bed spread. Food container left on table and foot spray on entertainment center. Soap left in bathroom fro Previous person. 8.0 Excellent
Pros: Furniture looked very good. Not cheap hotel furniture.

Pros: The price. It was a good location for our ski vacation to Powder Mountain. They had waffles, bagels that were edible. Good coffee 24/7.
Cons: Had to have our keys redone too many times in order to enter our room. The breakfast was the same every day. The sausage gravy, sausage and fake eggs were not tasty. Had to throw out. Packaged flavored oatmeal; try real oatmeal in a crockpot.
7.0 Good
Pros: good location right off the freeway but no noise. good price. comfortable bed. no frills or extras but good for a quick sleep which is what i needed.

6.0 Good
Pros: Comfortable bed
Cons: Room smelled strongly of cigarettes and mini fridge didn't work
4.5 Okay
Pros: Fast WiFi, rooms were clean, showers were hot, quick check in.
Cons: The first room that I checked in on the second floor smelled like dirty DOG!!!!! I could tell that the room was clean as far as housekeeping, but the carpets needed to be steam cleaned badly! I asked the clerk to check me into a room that didn’t allow dogs and the second room also smelled like dirty dog, but I dealt with that one because I had been driving all day and just wanted to sleep. The overnight clerk said that only dogs are allowed on the first floor but clearly somebody has been letting people bring dogs to the second floor. This place does not steam clean carpet often enough. If you enjoy smell of dirty dog then you probably would t mind. So the issue wasn’t cleanliness as far as the maid, but only with smelly dog carpet.

Cons: The staff were responsive, but it felt like they didn't want to deal with me. When I arrived at the scheduled check-in time, I was given keys to a dirty room. The cleaning staff hadn't cleaned the room by check in time.
