The hotel is nice. There is a comment about the hotel tradition ( I think) that the cleaning crew did not follow. The cleaning person came in the elevator with their cleaning chemicals along with the guests. Is the hotel policy changed?

Pros (+) My kids and husband thought the breakfast options (which you need to order off the menu) were fine. My husband said the woman that helped with breakfast was very nice.
Cons (-) Exceptionally small rooms. We booked a room for 4 and our room had one double bed and one pullout which could only fit one child. We had arrived late and so my second child slept on a cushion from the pullout on the floor. The next morning at 730 I asked for another bed.
