Pros (+) The room was clean and a good standard.
Cons (-) We stay at RI a lot and the breakfast wasn't as nice as usual. At checkin our keypasses didn't program and the checkin person felt he had to test it rather than just fix it by giving us newly programmed passes. This caused a lot of unnecessary back and forth to the back door and I found it awkward. We missed having a pool in the hotel. Maybe there is space for just a hot tub?
