    I was staying with my daughter for two and a half weeks. From the gentleman who owns this so-called "hotel" - in fact, it is just a very old house, rather a hostel, B&B - and even to his employees, we have "enjoyed" a lack of absolute respect. We were disturbed even when we asked expressly not to bother us, in the first days they constantly asked us with the question "do you need soap, toilet paper?", But, over a week, when we asked ourselves bring paper and fill our soap tanks, they did not respond to our request until after two days. Also, when I told them that the radiator in the room does not work and that it is very cold and I cannot work during the day and at night it is difficult for me to fall asleep, they did not say anything for the first time, but they seemed to remedy the problem immediately; Well, I was wrong. They solved the problem, somehow, only after about three days - they brought a radiator with three to four elements in the 5m / 4m room - when I asked again to solve the problem and I was told that they have guests who do not support the heat. ... I couldn't believe it! I mean, I wasn't a guest? Didn't I pay for my comfort ?! Thus, being very cold, I removed the two blankets (one cream and one white) that were in the closet in the room to put them over the pilot; I found with astonishment that the white blanket had yellow spots, was obviously dirty, had not been washed / changed after previous guests. But the biggest surprise came on the last day. When we booked the accommodation, we asked to check out between 17-18 hours; I received an affirmative response via email. But, on the last day, I woke up with my phone inside, knocking on the door, thinking I had a catastrophe. But what to see? In fact, they wanted me to check out at 11 o'clock.

    I explained to them that I had an understanding, as I said above, but didn't care; In the end, the owner came, this gentleman who has nothing to do with the proverbial qualities of a gentleman, a man who showed a lack of professionalism leading to the most brutal barbarism, telling me, when i I showed the exchange of emails, that does not recognize this agreement, that when I took over the room I signed up for check-out at 11. Therefore, he did not change the documents according to the agreement although I relied on this . Of course I left immediately, the luggage being, anyway, already done. Absolutely unacceptable, I would never go back. As for the restaurant, the same lack of common sense, they were upset because one evening we only ordered coffee (we had dinner with them once and we didn't like the food at all, although they were favorite dishes from us in the Indian kitchen; more than that, they forgot to bring us the complete order) and asked us to leave !, if we do not order anything else, so that immediately afterwards they will say that we make a concession because we are guests of the hotel ... What ?! And the restaurant was almost empty, there were no tables occupied even at quarter of capacity, an hour and a half before closing. So no! In no case do I want to hear about this "hotel".

    The staff were eager to help, there’s an excellent Indian restaurant attached to the hotel and a massive spar in the garage opposite

    Location. The Indian restaurant (Independent) is realy great. The room was large. Good reception, quick check-in.

    Cleaning is basic, some days towels or toilet paper was missing. The entrance of the hotel looks dirty. Horrible breakfast. The rooms are worn and need a serious revamp.

    The whole atmosphere and comfort was excellent. Staff on reception very friendly and helpful. Attached restaurant excellent.

    Great room ,nice indian joined to the property,

    Wi-fi could of been better but we were right obpn the top floor.
