Employees have been very busy with themselfes, have not been attentive at all, didn't acknowlede in the morning or when passing the reception. Room was modern but was not cleaned properly. Lot of fluffs on the carpet and on the chairs. A real pity for this modern Hotel!
Lovely staff Good size rooms Bar and restaurant on site
Nothing Nothing Nothing
The items that were available were good quality and well cooked and presented. Pot of tea was ample for two persons to have two cups. Toilets in common area/restaurant were clean and comfortable. The room service orders were very good and reasonably priced.
We were in residence at the same time as a coach party and often there were a lot of missing items from the continental breakfast selection. Mother-in-law only has a third of a glass of orange juice and one slice of toast with jam and occasionally a yoghurt - £10 was expensive in this instance. Last morning, my husband was a bit under the weather and declined the cooked breakfast, but there were no rolls left, one slice of cheese and a couple of straggly fatty bits of ham. I had to request bread for toast as there were just three dry crusts left and two pats of butter, we didn't feel that was value for money - however, the room service orders were very good and reasonably priced.
Everyone from the mangers Elaine to the staff were exceptional and went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect
Not really a dislike more an observation there were no drawers in any of the rooms .
The room was very nice and the bed was so comfortable. The location was peaceful and the breakfast was delicious.
We cannot fault the place at all.
