It was not hard to realize this motel is used by agencies to give shelter to those who are in need of a place to stay. It was definitely not a nightly motel, more like extended stay. Cons (-) Charged my card more than what the room cost was, then tried to charge me 2 more times for the same room. No towels or washcloths, no soap of any kind, no cups for drinking water. The garbage can was filled with water and left in the bathtub. If it wasn't for a funeral I would have never stayed.
Cons (-) Bathrooms in desperate need of deep clean. Mold and grout bad shape. Ceiling moldy. Rooms reek!!!
Pros (+) This was the cheapest motel we could find in the valley. It's got a good central location, we felt safe with all the cameras even if the clientele looked a little rough, fridge and TV worked, our dog was welcome and it was moderately clean.

Pros (+) Easy to find and cheap. Decent waffles and coffee. We had a very fun time with the staff and their family? in the morning since I believe we were eating breakfast right before it normally starts. They are quite the characters.
