Cons (-) Air conditioning. The fan had one speed and the unit was noisy. I think the one person at the desk could increase to two as the one person was expected to cashier, answer touring questions and manage guest reception.

Pros (+) Our recent family stay at the Aloft was terrific. Staff was great, hotel is modern and fun (pool table in lobby). Great bar and food was great for quick purchase items. Love this hotel and would recommend to anyone traveling to Boston. It is only about 30 min from Boston and about 45 from Salem so location is great for traveling.
