Pros: A nicely appointed room in a convenient location with friendly, helpful staff.
Pros: They had a far above average provided breakfast. I made sure I went there every morning and started my day off filling full and contented.
Looks better than the best western across the street.
Pros: Nice clean room. Quiet (stayed on 3rd floor) AC worked no problems. Cont B-fast good.
Not a lot of entertainment opportunities around the hotel. There was a Denny's close by. Gasoline was also close by. It was fairly quiet.
Pros: Was able to change to a room with 2 beds instead of one at check-in. In-house breakfast was very good.

Pros: We were repeat guests and the quality had remained the same from last year. A very nice breakfast. The renovated facilities seem to be maintained. The reception staff was pleasant but perhaps a bit undermanned..The rooms was very clean and seemed fresh.
Cons: The area around the hotel seems a bit questionable...not sure why. There were a few characters that wandered in while i was working in the lobby...Just a bit of caution
Pros: Room was okay. The bed was like a rock. The breakfast was terrible!
Cons: I did not like anything!
Pros: Great service, quality free toiletries, awesome breakfast buffet.
Cons: AC a little loud.
Pros: Everything except....
Cons: The eggs and the Canadian bacon

Cons: The first night, the fire alarm went blaring in the early hours of the morning. No explanation was given by the front desk. The tub drain did not drain well. We stood in dirty water. It didn't fully drain for maybe 25-30 min after we were done.
Pros: Location and Vending machine
Cons: Clerk Claimed that somebody had smoked inside the room and nobody smoked inside the room at all. I went outside the building and even was seen smoking outside by hotel staff. I iffered to show where i put myy ciggarette butts am they said i was liar. To
Pros: The morning breakfast with hot coffee! If it hadn't been so cold out, I'm sure the pool would have been a highlight, too. The property was pretty with flowers and trees.
Cons: There was a mildew odor in the bathroom, but I couldn't see anything causing it. It came and went through the evening.
Pros: Atmosphere. The breakfast was great
Pros: The staff at the front desk was superb. I would stay at this location if in town. Very clean and the breakfast was well stock. I had no problem with my stay.
Pros: Nice clean comfortable rooms. Location is great. Great breakfast options, not just a continental breakfast. Cool little store for snacks. Lobby is inviting. Staff was great, we felt well taken care of.
Cons: Our room door had a large gap all the way around it so light and noise came in and out easily. Although breakfast was great, the room was to small to accompany guests at one time especially on the weekend.
Pros: The beds were really comfortable
Cons: What I didn't like and what made me take the decision never to stay there again that azide from me paying my room online they still charged me 150. Dollars for expected damages what the he'll was that.
Pros: Good staff and spaciousness of the room
Pros: The free breakfast was incredibly well done. Manager and staff were very helpful and friendly.
Cons: Beds were a little hard. Otherwise was a perfect stay for me.
Pros: - Very Nice and Clean Room- Spacious - Nice Staff-Goof breakfast
Cons: - Location is bit far from National park

Pros: Nice rooms for a few nights. Somewhat close to Sequoia and Kings Canyon.
Cons: Hot tub was shut down for the 3 nights we had reserved. One of the main reasons we booked besides being close to the national parks. The clerk the night I checked in didn't seem to concerned to get it fixed. He wasn't rude but didn't seem to care either.

Pros: Good basic, clean hotel. Good breakfast selections.
Pros: It was a very clean and quiet. Great breakfast. Staff was very helpful.
Pros: Best Western Town & Country Lodge had friendly staff, clean facilities, close to food and shopping, easy highway access, spacious rooms, lots of parking. There was a bar inside that stayed open until 10 so you could get a beer of finger food after a long day.
Cons: No real complaints. The only improvement would be keep the bar open an hour longer.
Pros: As BW's go this one meets standards in room cleanliness and bed comfort. It was quiet and the staff was mostly cordial. Hot breakfast was just as good as Apple Annie's down the street so take advantage of that built in cost.
Cons: This is too far away from Kings Canyon and The Sequioa Nationa Park 1 hour and thirty minutes. Wenthoughtbit was close by the description - should have checked map first.
My mom left her cane in her room and realized it before we headed out of town. We called and asked if housekeeping had turned it in at around 2:30pm. The front desk told her no and to check back in a few hours. We ate lunch and then drove back to hotel and the desk said no one turned it in - we only went one place Before she realized she didn't have it - it was in the room but never made it to lost and found.
Pros: The breakfast there excellent! Waffles, fruit, and much more options.
Cons: Beds little hard. And if the could make available milk to drink not just for cereal my kids would have been happier.
Cons: Some neighbors were super loud
Pros: The location was great.....close to the interstate and places to eat. The room was ok, but nothing great.
Cons: It seemed like the head of the bed was lower than the foot of the bed. Had to put pillows under the mattress to raise the head of the bed. A lot of pets stay in this hotel.
Pros: Awesome very good
Pros: Easy to get to friendly staff close to dinning
Cons: Bed was too soft

Pros: The location was great...walk across to IHOP for meals...breakfast served was excellent..the staff are friendly and helpful...special mention to Jessica and Maria...and the housekeeper who graciously taught us old crows how to get the hair dryer going again with a simple push of the reset button (lol)....will definitely stay there again and recommend...
Pros: Tulare is a cute little town and the hotel was clean and convenient. It was also a good value.
Pros: Good value for the money and easy access to freeway. Pool not heated and hot tub jets didn't work but at least they had one. I would stay there again but I'm hoping never to have to be in Tulsre again. Breakfast was a nice touch
Cons: Room smelled musty the whole time. Jets in hot tub didn't work and pool not heated.
Pros: The staff was friendly, courteous as usual. The breakfast was ample, menu was varied (One day potatoes, the other, biscuits & gravy-both with eggs) plus waffles, cereals, fruits, muffins, etc. Room was spotless; amenities provided. Have stayed here a number of times, over the last two years, and find it very satisfactory. It's convenient to where we needed to be for business, and close by to shopping and dining when off duty. It's also "just" off the freeway, so it's quieter than if adjacent to the highway.
Pros: The location was great! We needed a night to stay before we tackle the scenic drive through the Sequoia and King Canyons scenic drive. This was about an hour away and was just what we needed. There was even an outlet mall behind the hotel. Walmart/Target/Gas stations were nearby. It was great.
The rooms we had was a two queen bed room. Very comfy and clean.
Pros: Decent hotel for an overnight stay.
Cons: The front desk attendant was a bit overwhelmed with a problem guest but she was able to help us while dealing with them.
Charter Inn & Suites is a great choice for a stay in Tulare. You can relax at the spa tub, work out at the fitness center, or unwind with a drink at the bar/lounge. Rooms offer up nice touches like bathrobes and comfy beds with Egyptian cotton sheets.
Cons: Very noisy & slow elevator. Toilet seat not secure in the room or even in the lobby. Breakfast removed and/or empty before it was time to be over. Staff at front desk did nothing to get bathroom in room repaired during our six day stay. Told to try other floors and find a working ice machine - tried 3 floors before finding a working unit.
Unsafe parking area - false sense of security with a gate to go in - yet public can drive in from a side entrance.
Pros: The staff here is so friendly, and will go out of their way to ensure your stay is top notch. They provided us with a list of restaurants in the area, and what their favorites were, and answered all my questions. Room set up was nice too, when my daughter went to sleep, I went into the separate sitting area where there is a second t.v. So I didn't wake her up. Good value for what you get and close to everything in Downtown.
Cons: The only downside to this Hotel is there is no pool or spa. We had to go to the Hampton Inn up the freeway. But it was zero hassle from the staff there to use their pool area.
Pros: Easy check in, reserved parking, free breakfast.
Cons: I was charged $25 extra upon check in I initially thought it may have just been a charge from the hotel for tax that may have not been included in the final kayak bill. But after reading my kayak confirmation and reading that NO EXTRA FEES OR CHARGES WILL BE ADDED UPON CHECK IN, I contacted the front desk and was told they couldn't do anything about it it was basically KAYAKS fault for sending them the wrong room rate and I would have to take that up with kayak. So I contacted kayak and was told that the hotel gave me the wrong information. Kayak sends the same conformation letter that I received and my room rate should not have been changed. They asked if they could put me on hold so that they can contact the hotel and get it straighten out. They returned rather quickly and said I should be receiving my refund and receipt from the hotel within a few days. So other than the hotel trying to get a few extra bucks from me. I really appreciate kayak and their quick professional manner in resolving the issue.

Cons: Cockroaches in the bathroom. Dark hallways, drab appearance. Rooms dated and worn. Bathrooms dated. Breakfast area way too small for the amount of rooms hotel has. Marijuana smoke in the hallways - and no one cares...

Cons: Sound travels to other rooms.
Doesnt value for money. It eas too expensive due to long weekend.
Pros: Bathroom felt somewhat spacious compared to the actual room.
Cons: Noise levels, walls are paper thin. You can hear everything...
Small room, queenside bed took up majority of the room. Room was clean and that summed up the highlights.
Pros: pool, breakfast , overall in room quality and service received from personnel
Cons: Fridge too noisy
Pros: Good hotel. A bit close to the highway but had all I needed.

Pros: The warm free breakfast truly was beyond expectation. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very responsive and polite. There's no fridge in room, but you can't miss nearby groceries and there is free iced water at the lobby.
Cons: None. Too good for its price!
Pros: The spacious, clean room & the friendly, helpful staff.
Cons: Tulare smells like cows, & so does the hotel. Also it was odd not having a fridge, but we almost didn't miss it.
Cons: There wasn't a hot tub in pool area and the free WiFi was EXTREMELY slow... hardly could call it wifi.
Pros: Everything! Service was great when we checked in, and the overall process was just smooth!
Pros: I loved the location. It was very crucial since we didn't know the area and outlet was near by as well as other fast food places.
Pros: cleanliness all around
Cons: That the room amenities advertised on the internet did not match what we were given.Check-in time was not until 3p & this was too late for our schedule. Most allow you in by 1pm. We spent less than 12 hrs in the bldg. & will not come back.
Pros: Very welcoming lobby area. Staff were helpful and courteous. The room was beautiful with separate seating area. Highly recommend.
Pros: Very pleasantly surprised overall! Beautiful comfy beds; spacious room; awesome ergonomic chair; impeccably clean including bathroom; nice workout area; starbucks next door; outlet mall 1 block away. What's not to like!?
Cons: Absolutely nothing we didn't like.
Easy to get to, right off the freeway. Nice landscaping, pleasant atmosphere. Rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast very good. The staff was the best......
Pros: Very friendly helpful staff.
Cons: Too close to freeway. A little noisy.
This is a great hotel for a great price! The breakfast is also fantastic! It is close to the freeway, restaurants & shopping.
Pros: The room was very spacious!! The airconditioner worked great, the bed was very comfortable, everything about the room was very nice. I alos like that they changed the sheets everyday if we asked them to, along with new towels.
Located near lots of restaurants and shopping.
Pros: Comfortable and friendly. Conveniently located.
Cons: Nothing I did not like.
Fuel up for the day and start your day right. We offer a healthy mix of delicious, fresh and free breakfast options. Choose from a wide variety of morning favorites like fresh fruit, omelets, mini waffles, sweet breads, Chobani® Greek yogurt and bacon. Then, add your choice of toppings, ranging from shredded cheese and salsa to sliced almonds and agave syrup. Everything you need to stay productive while on the road.
Pros: Housekeeping staff is very courteous and did a good job cleaning my room. The in house service for food was really good as well.
Cons: There was hardly ever front desk staff so when I checked out there was no one present to give the room key to. A staff member happened to walk by and I asked and they just brushed me off and said I could leave the key on the desk. Also when I was checking in the front desk clerk was not too friendly.
Pros: It was clean.
Cons: We were given a room on the 5th floor unfortunately it happened to be right under the air conditioner compressor that's on the roof! There was not one moment of silence in that room it sounded like there was a large fan blowing in the room at all times! I called downstairs to make a complaint and they told us they were completely sold out and could not change rooms. So they put our name on the list to see if we could change rooms the next day. We were going to be out all day and we didn't want to bother waiting to move all of our stuff. Besides, I would feel bad giving that bad room to anyone else and getting stuck with it. My advise, DO NOT STAY IN ROOM 524!! Worst stay ever!
Pros: I enjoyed everything about it and would stay there again.
Pros: The bed was very comfortable. It was a great value for the money.
Pros: The bed. Nice and firm.
Cons: The room was in a horrible location. It was stuffy and humid in the room. Never stay there if you want fresh air.
Cons: Bed was terrible old shower and bathroom. Over priced.
Pros: The hotel had all the amenities to make it a pleasant stay. The staff were courteous and friendly. The breakfast buffet was excellent. It was a pleasurable experience.
Cons: Being 4 1/2 miles from town was some what of an inconvenience.
Pros: Very nice restaurant connected with friendly staff and great food
Cons: Not much not to like, good stay

Pros: Really clean, convenient, comfortable and quaint hotel walking distance to Subway, Jack in The Box, Walgreens, and several other restaurants. Staff was very friendly and the hotel was well kept. The kids had a great time at the pool which was indoor freeing us from the need of sunscreen.

Cons: Room smelled like Ben-gay
Pros: I liked the Queen beds, the large rooms, fridge, microwave, continental breakfast, hot tub.
Cons: The food supply for the continental breakfast was not kept up during breakfast hours. It appeared that staff felt irritated when I asked for more yogurt, coffee, etc. Also we did not get room service for the first days. We asked for more towels after all our dirty ones were taken and weren't replaced by clean ones.
Pros: very good location for next day visit in Sequoia Park; clean and comfortable room; very good breakfast
Pros: Clean, roomy, everything works, good real breakfast.
Cons: Like everything
Pros: very peaceful, wonderful place after l long drive
Pros: We appreciated the size of the suite, the comfort of the bed, the swimming pool and the fact that it was clean and there were enough towels for the two of us (including spcial towels provided for the people going to the swimming pool)
Cons: The noise was terrible: the hotel is located right next to the highway. The breakfast was desgusting, so American: no fresh fruit, just greasy meet and artificial cereals. There wasn"t much choice and the few we got wasn't our taste.

Pros: The price was fair and reasonable. The internet was free and front staff was very courteous and pleasant and let me stay a couple hours longer than my required checkout. The bed was also really comfortable.
Cons: The rooms were outdated. The cleaning manager had knocked on my door after l had a Do Not Disturb sign she was unaware that I had an extended check out. It was disturbing because I was in the middle of a meeting for work. Maybe she should have checked with the front desk first instead of making me open the door. Also quite a bit noisy in the early morning hours with the cleaning.
Pros: It's an older hotel but I would have spent an extra 10 to have a thermostat at a regular spot.
Cons: Doesn't seem like they care about comfort. It could be a decent place.
Pros: Very spacious rooms. Beautiful landscape. Friendly hotel staff.
Cons: I liked everything.
Cons: The room was very run down. The shower had no water pressure to take a decent show. The shower head was so low you had to squat to try and wash your hair. The water knobs were falling apart. The door knob to the room wiggled and was loose, felt like if we pulled it shut it was going to fall off. The facility was clean but very run down. We were disappointed with our three day stay. Would never stay there again.
Pros: Grounds are well kept, location great and the restaurant served a top rate breakfast.
Pros: It was beautifully landscaped and very relaxing. We bought takeout for dinner and sat poolside. Rooms are comfortable and for the price it is an excellent find. The diner was an excellent choice for breakfast!
Cons: No air conditioning..what hotel doesn't have air conditioning!!
Cons: Breakfast not included
Pros: It was convienent for the function we were attending.
Cons: The room had a tub and shower combo, but no way to plug the tub if you wanted to take a bath. We have stayed here before and the room we had before had a refrigerator, this one did not. The TV was kinda small for a place like this one.
Lamp Liter Inn is just 4.2 mi (6.8 km) from the airport and offers a free shuttle (available on request). Guests can take a dip in the outdoor pool or grab a bite to eat at Garden Grill, which serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A bar/lounge and a garden are other highlights, and rooms offer patios and room service.
Pros: Clean and well cared for. The breakfast was good with eggs, breakfast meats, etc. A lot of places offer breakfast and it's just bagels, muffins, etc.
Cons: Mattress was a little soft for me.
Pros: Was pleasantly surprised how the room was clean. Very quiet and staff was friendly. Close to shops and things to do. Would stay again.
Pros: The bed was comfortable, the ac worked, and the room came with everything I needed for the night.
Cons: The building smelled like smoke, many things needed to be updated, the comforter, shower curtain and shower mat were worn and didn't look good or clean. There was only one person at the front desk, I had to wait 15-20 minutes to check in, when I had to call the front desk to ask for additional towels and for the wifi password, I had to call 5-6 times to ask for these two questions, the front desk didn't answer the phone in a timely manner. The price is not worth the stay.

Pros: We spent one night there for $66 after a trip from Sequoia National Park. It was good.
There are mini fridge and microwave in the room.
The two queen-beds are comfort. The room was clean.
I would recommend you to stay there.
Check-in and check-out were quick.
Pros: I was not expecting the room to be as nice as it was. Clean, it had a modern layout feel to it and a decent tv. Bathroom was comfortable and there was a pool if you wanted to use it.
Cons: The parking sitch could have been better and the one way street it was on made it a hassle to get back to the room.
Pros: Clean and brand new hotel great room, and front desk was very nice
Pros: The Motel was at the end of there remodelation stage and the room that I stayed in was completely remodeled with new everything. .Very nice room from what Motel 6 is usually known for.
Cons: Didnt like that when I walked in to office clerk asked for my last name for my reservation and as im giving it, im cut off so that she can start a conversation with other staff member.
She asked again, so I gave her my I.D.
She walks off and starts talking to someone at counter about personal stuff instead of doing her job....
I went to sit down and waited for her to finish her gossip so I can get my room.
