3rd floor – my room was in this floor Here following my feedback that I really do trying to increase the experience because the location is super and it is a peaty don’t invest in this facility. 1. the main access door squeaks 2. it would be very useful for a pleasant and quiet stay or install signs on the doors or distribute to customers at check-in a sheet with the following notes: a. pls be so kind kind to use the access card to your room in both entry and exist in order to lower the handle and accompany the door without letting it slams, thus avoiding disturbing the other customers b. a small sign on the mail access door to the floor that invite to accompagny the door without letting it slams 3. Cleaning service a. Towels distribution criteria completely unclear, some day quantity is 2 of each, some day 1 and 1 day no rug b. what is still dirty after 6 nights in the same room : i. there is a stain on the inner window sill in the corner ii. the suction grille in the bathroom is full of dust iii. the door stopper lays down on the carpet in the same position for the last 5 days, that make me think that the floor has not been aspirated since one week. May be I am wrong but this is the impression that the situation gives to your clients. 4. Overall maintenance will be required a. toilet seats unstable and damaged b. ceramic bathtub c. hangers for hanging clothes in the closet to be replaced I also recommend the breakfast personnel sometimes enter in the room asking if everything is ok and customers are ok. Currently they always run inside and run away even didn't say good morning
