Pros: The people.......Roula,her family and staff were wonderful hosts who went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. Roula is an interested and interesting lady who gave us a great insight into the region. She drove us to Dion to the museum and the ruins and gave us a guided tour. The service..... Amazing 5 star breakfast with a wide range of selections including freshly baked Greek dishes every day. A FREE minibar with a wide selection of goodies. Great coffee available anytime. The property.....A beautifully renovated traditional house decorated with taste and love. A wonderful courtyard ideal for leisurely breakfasts and chatting with Roula and other guests. Well located close to the centre and the bus station but very quiet at night.
Cons: After 6 nights we were genuinely sad to leave these lovely people and their magnificent hospitality.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is a boutique hotel with a five star service. Freshly made pies with homemade filo pastry, eggs fresh from the chickens, breakfast was a feast of fresh locally sourced and home made goods, whole cherry jam, homemade marmalade, freshly cut fruit. Sweet pies and I forgot to eat the chocolate soufflé. Unbelievable. The bed was comfy, the welcome warm and we were sad to leave. Thanks to Roula and Katerina and extended family for a beautiful unique but very agreek experience. The attention to detail was above and beyond. Just wish I could go back soon. The God Zeus was honoured by this ancient Greek tradition of hospitality. I cannot recommend this establishment highly enough.
Cons: There was nothing ‘not to like’ No room for improvement on any front
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It’s a perfect getaway in a mythic mountain. Roula the owner, is the soul of Robolo and she is the perfect host.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The smile of the hosts, the chocolate cake and the cookies, the relaxing yard, the interior decoration
Cons: Everything was perfect
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Design, friendliness, efficiency, character.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This certainly was a 5-star experience! We had the deluxe suite, which was well worth the money: super comfortable (Cocomat) bed, big couch, nice cosy seats in the window sills, fridge with (free) drinks, beautiful bathroom (bath, no shower). The breakfast was amazing, with new (Greek) dishes everyday. The design of the hotel is very tasteful and it has a lovely courtyard to relax in. Roula, the owner, is the best - offering us coffee & tea when we came back from our hikes, lending us beach towels, giving us tips on restaurants & activities, arranging a taxi to Prionia, always in for a chat; we loved her! The town is also lovely with a couple of good restaurants only a 10-min walk from the hotel. Oh & don't miss the hike through Enipeas gorge: it is long but gorgeous. We'll be back!
Cons: Absolutely nothing to complain about
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Every thing was exeedingly superb! I have never met more friendly than Rula the owner.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A perfect hidaway and the best place to be in Litochoro. For people who love charming countryside hotels, these exceptional place shows a great taste for interior design where every detail is at the right place. The owner is so nice and friendly that she makes this magnificient hotel to a warmly welcoming place where you would like to spend more days or even extend your stay. The service and the breakfast are - again - exceptional. Alltogether you really can feel at home here.
Cons: --
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Roula was a fantastic host, she gave a lot of tips for excursions, restaurants, and after a daywalk of 7 hours to Skourta (Olympos oros) it was wonderful to be welcomed with Olympic tea with homemade pastry by Roula! The room was marvelous, the breakfast full of exquisite Greek things! We hope to come back Some day. Thank you Roula, husband and son
Cons: Nothing

Pros: Amazing!! Thank you Roula! Best hotel stay. We are coming back.

Pros: The facilities and food were excellent but the staff made all the difference.
Cons: N/A
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It’s awesome place to stay! If you’re a perfectionist and even little things are annoying, you should choose this hotel. Because it’s nothing to dislike here. The furniture is either new or vintage and beautiful. The interior is made out to the smallest details. And they light the candles all over the hotel in the evening ☺️. Breakfast is more than enough and the food is so delicious. One more word about view from the balcony : it’s amazing! Strongly recommend
Cons: Everything is perfect
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel Aphroditi ouzes with style and charm. We have stayed in 100+ establishments over the last 4.5 months and this is my favourite. The breakfast was as good as I've ever eaten.
Cons: The bathroom was cramped in the second room we stayed in.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Central location, overlooking the small but vibrant village square. Thoughtfully decorated throughout. Best quality mattress. Generous yet delicious buffet breakfast. A small gift on departure (dried herbs).
Cons: Can't recall anything I didn't like. One must be really (annoyinggly) picky to find something to groan about.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great host. She let us decide the room we want (which view) and early breakfast for going to hike. In addition she packed food for the way
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great hospitality.very nice owner's .near olympus and center of town.we came at 6 a.m in the morning and given breakfast and a room with no extra charge.great accomodation.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The place is beautifully designed, each room is different and has a great view - the mountain or the town square. The hotel is in a very central location, yet the rooms are quiet. There's thought and care put in many things which is rare. Breakfast has many options, as well as extra coffee and tea. The people working at the hotel are very kind and caring without being intrusive. We went back a week later and we would visit again if we go to Litochoro.
Cons: Difficult to change but bathrooms - although beautiful and clean - are really small. I am quite tiny so I would imagine that a lot of people would have difficulty to use the toilet or shower. Another thing, which most probably could have been fixed if we had addressed the personnel - and we didn't, was that there was only one blanket sheet for both people on the double bed.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very welcoming and spoke good English. The rooms were typical small European rooms, but the small balcony looking into the canyon was amazing. The breakfast was also delicious. We hiked up Mount Olympos and they held our bags while we were gone because we booked another night in advance for our return from the mountain. Great hosts and they even have us a gift upon departure! What a great surprise!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location, the View, the silence, proximity to taverns, the stuff was very kind
Cons: The morning cofee :(
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and loved it. Perfect location for apres climbing My Olympus. The rooms are super comfy and the best breakfast in Greece!!
Cons: It was all perfect!

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Peaceful location within walking distance of the town
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect little hotel - beautiful decor, traditional yet modern. Just beside the entrance to the gorge. Litochoro is a few minutes walk down the hill, and it's got a lot of buzz but not too touristy. Terrific place to stay.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly hosts. Beautiful furnishings. Spotlessly clean. Lovely ambience. Great breakfast. Short walk away from the bustle and traffic of the centre. Will be back!
Cons: Bed a bit hard for our liking
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This place was extremely relaxing! Calming music was playing via CD and table and chairs provided a place to sit and talk on the patio. The host was great at helping us figure out where we should go and how we should get there while we were in town. Breakfast was amazing!
Cons: The location was fine for us. However, be aware that you either need to hire a taxi or walk up and down a hill to restaurants. Taxi service is great both for intown and out- of-town needs. The location was great in that it was very quiet because it was not downtown.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The quiet, the breakfast (superb) and the morning talk with the owner who explained why the hotel is called "the old hotel". It is because the hotel is built from recycled stone and timbers from old demolished buildings, in the traditional way.
Cons: Nothing, would have stayed another night but for a slight misunderstanding.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: An exceptional location at the top edge of the town with a view of Mount Olympus and the national park, as well as a 20 minute walk to the beautiful Bath of Zeus - but just 10 minutes on foot into the centre (steep climbs though!). Lovely old style building with lots of character in a rustic style, comfortable bedrooms, a lovely terrace for tea/coffee and a great breakfast. Very helpful and kind staff - not least the owner Sakis who is very knowledgable about walking in the Olympus national park.
Cons: Everything was perfect.

The location and ambiance of the hotel made for a very peaceful and refreshing holiday. Access to the Olympus Mountains was by a short car journey and well worth the effort. Spectacular views and a number of walks for all abilities.
Cons: Nothing that I can think of.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast diversified and good ! Quiet, relaxing and very pleasant environment. Very helpful and polite staff ideal place for relaxing with "style"
Cons: perhaps (only "perhaps") the beach, with some stones, but, at the end of the day, it is not the end of the world !
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The hotel exceeded our expectations! The personnel was very helpful, the room better than expected and the breakfast was excellent (as well as every meal). There are enough sunbeds at the pool and, because it does not accept visitors at the pool area, there are always places to chose where to sit. The pool was clean, with fabulous view of the sea and the water at perfect temperature. Our stay was magical!
Cons: The beach and sea at the front of the hotel are below average (not from lack of trying from the hotel). It's just that it's not the typical sandy beach with crystal blue waters. We didn't mind, however, as we enjoyed the pool so much that we did not miss the sea at all.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The welcoming and helpful staff here were wonderful. They even opened the fitness centre early for us. Dining room was excellent with some affordable excellent local wines. Highly recommended.

Pros: Very clean, quiet venue. Ideal spot for relaxing holidays. excellent breakfast. Modern and operational facilities. good value for money considering the market in Greece. Highly recommended.
Cons: Hard to find something which was not meeting my expectations.

Pros: Perfect location with a great view over Mount Olympus, right in the city center of Litochoro. Dimitris is an amazing host and we will miss his coffee and breakfast. The hotel is very clean and it will definitely exceed your expectations. Plaka beach can easily be reached by bus. We enjoyed our stay and we are already planning on returning.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is located on the main square of Litochoro and sitting out at the front, people watching with maybe a cappucino and slice of baklava, (or an after diner Metaxa) is a pleasant way to spend your time. Around the hotel are many cafés, restaurants, cash machines and shops. The man in charge has good English and is very helpful. Plenty of variety at breakfast which conveniently starts from 7:30 am, which means you can make an early start on climbing up Mount Olympus on the E4 footpath.
Cons: The balcony opened onto the back of a car park.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location, right in the nice city center of Litochoro, clean and very well managed hotel. Good breakfast(delicious greek yogurt!), many choices in the minibar (good red wine!), good wi-fi, nice view to the Olympus mountain. We had to wake up two times very early in the morning to go in one-day trips and our host prepared for us a good breakfast box. Thank you, Dimitris, you were a great host, we will miss the morning frappe on your hotel terrace, we very much enjoyed our stay at Xenios Dias.
Cons: Some vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers) at the breakfast could be a plus.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: The place is clean. The view is special and interesting No Internet There is private parking The hotel has no air conditioning but pleasant air comes from the balcony. The large room is simply furnished in a minimal way. Getting to an unclear location is not enough signage
5.8 Okay
Pros: Balcony was lovely Lovely location Clean bathroom
Cons: Beds very hard and uncomfortable. 1 pillow not enough, 2 pillows left your neck at a strange angle....Might have extolled the virtues of allergy free materials but didn't make it any more comfortable. Room just behind reception and noisy till after 12 midnight Breakfast poor quality of ingredients. No fresh produce avaliable Paid a premium for where this hotel is. Mini bar rather than usable fridge

Pros: It was an amassing old house, once of the oldest houses from Litochoro. I like it how the owner know to put in value the old style: stone, wood and iron. The atmosphere was very warming and relaxing. The general impression was like in the old grandparent's house. The owner was very kind and friendly. He prepared for us the breakfast and we take it on the small warming terrace. The main living room was also amassing.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: The place is really beautiful uphill (Mt Olympus) with view on village Litochourou and the sea. Nice terraces. Small but perfect pool and poolbar, good room. The food is also great and very fresh. Home grown vegetables and home made sausages for example. The family Fakis wants to make you feel really at home. Good price for the quality you get. We come here again!
Cons: Steep way up from the village Litochoro, not a too easy road (but you get used to that ;-))
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The owners are so kind; the restaurant so great, with vegetables from their own garden; and the view is amazing !! One of the best Hotel I have been!!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We only stayed here for one night but really wished we'd had more time to take advantage of this beautiful hotel. The hotel is set on the side of the mountain with an absolutely awesome view of Agean and the gulf of Thermaikos. The rooms are modern, clean and if you're lucky enough to stay in the room we stayed in, you will be able to lie in bed looking out of the bay windows and watch the sun rise in the morning over the bay! There's a beautiful pool and terrace to enjoy some drinks. The food is also great. Very good traditional Greek food is served in the restaurant and the breakfast is superb. We'll definitely stay again when we're in the area.
Cons: Cannot complain at all about this excellent place!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The resort staff/family were very welcoming, a level of customer service that has become rare. We stayed in a quad, set with a private upper sleeping area and a children's sleeping area on a modular couch-extremely safe setup with a toddler and 9 year old on the couches turned into a double bed. The food here was extremely flavorful and we loved trusting it was sourced on site or well! We really enjoyed the stay and plan to return!
7.9 Good
Pros: The view.
Cons: The room was way too small. The food was too expensive for that quality.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed here for 3 night, with two adults and two kids under 10. The kids really loved this place, with the pool, grass and play areas and fresh air, we couldn't get them inside to go to bed. It is a great family run resort style hotel. The three things that made it great were the views, Costos/Dimitry and the team as well as the food. The property is a family run small resort hotel and you get wonderful Greek hospitality. Costos and his family made us feel really welcome, we felt this was Greek hosting at its best. The views from the property are amazing and some of the best we have had on our travels. Sitting in our outdoor dining room, covered by vine leaves, sipping wine and watching the vista was one of the highlights of our stay in Greece. The food is equally great. As mentioned by others, Costos has his own garden and the freshness and quality of the food was outstanding and reasonably priced. 5 euros for fresh grilled vegetables with balsamic and parmesan was a bargain. His tomatoes were some of the freshest that I've tasted in a long time, once grilled they were like candy. The breakfast is Greek kitchen counter style, which worked for us (and seems to be in many hotels these days) and was equally delicious. We were apparently staying in the nicest room and it was pleasant enough, a little on the small side, but with the outdoor dinning room and views, we didn't spend much time inside. The internet was also a little spotty but with the views like that why would you want to be on the net? The property is hard to find but the challenging drive through Litochoro, is what driving holidays are all about. As others have noted you need a car to stay here. This is not a Club Med or ShangriLa resort, this is a small Greek family run boutique resort style hotel and well worth a visit We loved it and hope to stay here again..
Cons: It was a very good stay, my only recommendation is that their own wine, which is very good, was a little expensive at 18 euro's a bottle.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Here is a jewel of a hotel discovered unexpectedly at the foot of mount Olympus, throne of the Greek Gods and Goddesses. In keeping with the abode of deities, this twelve sided shrine to relaxation and fine cuisine comes with a very personal touch of human friendliness and hospitality. You are made to feel truly divine with a sweeping view of your kingdom far below. Access to the very best trails leading to Apollo and gang 3km above, or accept sacrifices by your devout mortals at nearby Dion. I now answer only to Zeus, which is how the Ktima Faki mortals made me feel. Please pass the ambrosia.

Pros: Cats in the hotel. =)
Cons: Poor sound insulation.
7.5 Good
Pros: Breakfast was good.
Cons: The hotel is in the main street, it may get noisy, especially if you keep the windows open.

Pros: Fantastic base for starting you hike up Mt.Olympus. The town is fantastic with lots of great restaurants and coffee shops. East to get a Taxi to the start. The staff were fantastic.
Cons: Wish we could have had more time there. Maybe next time.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: - Location close to the centre of Litochoro with its restaurants and Cafés - Spacious room with a nice balcony - Friendly and helpful staff - Quiet atmosphere
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The place is very clean, the stuff is very welcoming and cats friendly:)
Cons: Breakfast is pretty basic.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is in very center of the town, and there is a big public parking lot just behind it. The room had huge balcony with a nice view. The staff was really nice and helpful.
Cons: The style of decoration is ecletic and all over the place. The breakfast was very basic.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Hotel Mirto is a small lovely hotel to stay when traveling to Litochoro. It is located in the center and not far from the nationalpark. The staff is really friendly and helped us to explore the area and local restaurants.
Cons: Our room was a little bit too tiny, however, not of a bigger concern.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very kind and helpful stuff, clean space well taken care off.
Cons: Because it is located very centrally, on the main Street, it can get noisy if you open the windows during the night.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The views were excellent of the Olympus Mountains! The bathrooms were beautiful (obviously newly renovated).
Cons: The church bells going off early, right near our hotel. And they went for ages, at seemingly random times. Not good if you’re trying to sleep in. Breakfast had hardly any options, but decent for what there was.

Pros: The most quiet night sleep in a neighbourhood away from main traffic streets of the village. Very polite hostess and home feeling in the decoration.
Cons: The room can get quite warm despite the ceiling fan in hot summer days. Opening the door alleviates the heat and cools the room effectively
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I met the owner and her daughter. Both are very friendly, speak English quite well, and are very helpful. The building is located a bit further uphill from the main square of Litochoro...and the distance is very walkable. My room had wooden floors, an oriental rug, some interesting decor including some older dolls, a big bathroom, and a balcony. The place was well-located for my needs as I wanted to hike the Epineas Gorge and did so.
Cons: Nothing I didn't like.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Cleaness, beautiful view and kindness of the staff.

Pros: The woman was polite and OK. Wifi OK
Cons: The room was on the trip, we do not have place out at all, unsequred enter, you go out on the street. The parking in the street and if some one take it you do not have where to put the car. This was not what I was exspect. If we do not have navigation we will be lost befor found the place. Thats why is no redundable. If we can refound our money we will cancel the room imediately
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great host, quiet location, nice views (even from the cheaper room), comfy bed. Allows 5 € for keeping luggage.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location is solid, property is great, food awesome.
Cons: I don't really enjoy no-lock glass bathroom door. Also the beach is mediocre, especially for Greece, I expected much better. Everything is great but it misses bits here and there for 5-star experience
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The view, the beach, restorants...stuff,,but spetial thanks for perfect trethmants in spa center.I highly recommanded body peeling and face anti age treathmats with Phytomer cosmetics.
Cons: Nothing!!!! May be..animators sometimes to loud!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: I think the hotel needs modernisation
6.7 Good
Pros: Location, terrace of the room, bathroom
Cons: Broken bed, food quality was far below Greece average
7.9 Good
Pros: The staff was really helpfull and friendly all the time there when needed them always helpfull, the resort by it self it was nice and very beatifull needed so minor corrections but all in all it was nice.
Cons: For a Resort at that Size there is no fun at all this is more for Book Readers than for Fun Summer Vaccation. Also dont take the Bungalovs you might end up on a side better take a room with Sea View ground floor than to oay extra for a Bungalow that is not worth. Also the prices are sky high on everything drinks food everything is expensive. Food also always the same breakfast every day, dinner not so much to brag about it as well. Same thing for the Beach it was supposed to be private for the Hotel but it is not anyone can come and that created a mess on the Beach. Air Conditioning in the Bungalows not good.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, good food, nice pools, very close to the beach. Also close to some very nice visiting locations.
Cons: Nothing much to say here... but I guess the Wi-fi could be improved.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: High comfort. Good location. Good facilities. Many pools around the resort and a nice placement of them. Very comfi sunbed and very kind safeguards. Bartender Maria was also nice. The resort manager was very professional. He can solve and adjust every small problem. very good quality food. plenty of fruits and variety of sweets. The location is not far from Prionia on Olympus which should be visited. Some other archaeological sites and monasteries around are also worth visit.
Cons: Even I booked a sea view/pool view room first time they given one with no view at all (balcony over a roof ending in some trees). After discussions they changed the room next day to a very good view to the pool but in the second one no extra bed at all even if we mention 3 persons. Food was good, but every day with minor exception was the same. It want to be traditional Greek mainly but a small variation it should be necessary. No soup - the clean water there was no soup. For the diner you should buy even the water which is not OK for a 5 star hotel as they want to be considered especially because in Greece water is free at every restaurant.. Morning, very diluted coffee and even they combined the service at the table with the self service it was too much time to wait in some mornings for the juice or coffee. Only one glass of natural juice per person the refilling is selfserviced from the commercial juice provider machine. Entertaining was very weak. Music singers in the evenings (voice or dj or violin) with one exception when Latino dancer entertains the people. Friday no entertaining at all. During the day no animation even no relaxing music at the pool. Spa was interdicted for children under 14th years old. Towels for pool could be changed only at the spa (only 3 time per week) which is located quite far from the pool. The girl from the spa was not professional letting me and 4 other people to wait more than 10 min only for changing towels just because some old French women want to buy a candle and not decided which one, smelling all of them. There was not possible to swim in the sea because there were stones everywhere in the water and can not walk in.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Good things: - The whole resort is beautiful overall, with well cared park-like ambiance - Great for families with kids - Many swimming pools, cascades & a large beach - Breakfast is very good, dinner served at the main restaurant is also great - The staff bringing drinks & orders to the beach was extremely nice and caring
Cons: Bad things (considering the price of roughly 250 Euros/night) - The TV was constantly having signal problems. Nobody fixed it during the whole week. - The bed was crooked on both sides, with its highest point being in the middle, lowest points on both sides...extremely unconfortable. - Front door of the bungalow had a large enough space when closed to put your finger in it, also there was a broken step-like detail between the WC and the sink which was split-open. Not pretty looking. - Beachfront bungalow - turns out there is a fence dividing the house from the beach & sea, hence ruining the view - Medusa restaurant EXTREMELY slow service, i.e. 2 hours for 1 plate during lunch time. Both during lunch and dinner, a large part of the dishes proposed in the menu are not available. - Young waiter guy from the Medusa restaurant is extremely rude and unprofessional. - Many good looking swimming pools which unfortunately are not cleaned properly - lots of constantly present dirt at the bottom of the pools. - No bellboy or anybody to help you with your luggage. Our front-beach bungalow was at the other end of the resort, hence it was not the best beginning and end to carry all the luggage by ourselves. - Overall, for the money paid...the expectations were better than what was given/offered.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Hotel garden is spacious and nice and there was a childrens playground; lobby and restaurant had good design and were comfortable; as a whole, staff was kind and polite with a few exceptions
Cons: There were too much irritating details: room not noise-isolated - you can hear speach from the neighbours and the corridor; only one electricity socket in room - not any around the bed; no towel drying stand in the terrace; bathroom was such designed that after a shower all bathroom floor becomes a lake; rocky and crowded beach- umbrellas set literally in 50 cm from each other, so you have to breathe in the neck of your next to your neighbour; many thorn apart beach beds - cloth was thorn and bed was tilted and uncomfortable; limited lunch options; I experinced a missing toilet paper and soap in the beach restaurant - made a remark; refreshing drinks at the beach bar with two much ice; there was a free towel offering but you need to walk 100 m to get them and you are free to change them only 3 times - so finally we used our own ones; In the buffet restaurant, if you order Uzo - minimum order is 200 ml bottle - I haven' t gone there to get drunk; one of the waiters was rude - I ordered mineral water but when he came I asked for a small one, then he murmored and expressed his anger and I had to wait 10 min for a small one; definitely that hotel does not worth its money neither in terms of fascilities nor in service
6.7 Good
Pros: The food was fine.
Cons: The wi-fi is not up to date.
