Nicely decorated, bathroom was good. Plenty of hot water, and bed was comfortable, with extra pillows available if needed..
The room was a bit cool when first went in , but put a heater on and it soon warmed up by the time we went downstairs for a meal.
It was in a handy position to catch bus to city cente
The first room we were put in was not fit for purpose , cold shower and the toilet didn’t flush , was told it was an on going problem so why were we put in it ?
Nice room, nicely placed TV in the room, close to university
Price and location and staff
Place is in badly need if repair. Cracked sink and entrance door frame in room coming apart. Paint falling from walls. The taxi company they used complained about the journey to the docks! Didn't want my fair,!
