Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were originally booked into a top floor room but when the staff realised my husband wasn’t very agile, and they don’t have a lift, they moved us to a room on the 1st floor. Breakfast was amazing, fruit, cereal, full English & toast. We will definitely return.
Everything. Check in was quick, with very friendly staff. Room clean with good view. Dog friendly. Great location especially with the dog, virtually straight on The Great Orme. Full breakfast was great for me, but too much for my wife, so impressed they catered to her wanting something different ie. scrambled eggs & mushroom, or just bacon and mushroom. Plenty of fruit, yogurt etc for someone wanting something lighter. As much toast as you want.
Nothing really, but next door had a balcony, so would try for that room next time.
Very good view Polite and warm staff Very cosy room
Just needed a little warmer Bathroom door had a hole
Lovely Victorian hotel, with great views and a perfect location. The breakfast was good with a great vista while you eat. We will go back next time we can escape for a night.
Beautiful hotel with stunning views
The breakfast could be improved but that would be being picky
