Staff was great and the beds were comfortable!
Top floor spiral stairs were very small and a bit difficult to get to our room with luggage on that floor.
I've had the greatest experience at this hostel. The staff are super friendly and make you feel at ease all the time. Plus, this friendliness is passed on to other guests, who seemed to be as sociable. Moreover, the location is unbeatable.
Perhaps air conditioning in the rooms would have made it more comfortable at night.
Breakfast was simple, bread, spreads and milk
no eggs in breakfast
A great location to enjoy sightseeing in London, as well as chatting with guests from all over the world! The hostel also organises evening events which are of added value!
No elevator in the hostel and kind of difficult to move up and down with luggage.
