Not far from tube.
No communication at all. Couldn’t get hold of staff to check in - no answer on phones. We luckily got our keys from 6 lads who also couldn’t check in but new a code (after hours waiting they had to leave and find somewhere else to to stay as staff we unavailable). No toilet roll so had to go shop to buy some. Lots of midges flying about. Would recommend you avoid staying here.
It's located down a urine smelling alley way. Has a very damp musky smell that puts you off eating there. I understand that it's cheap but why does that mean u get the bottom of the barrel? Definitely not suitable for families. The next people were already waiting to access the property at 9:30 and it felt as though we were being hurried out. Check out was meant to be at 12.

This review relates to the downstairs, family room (4 per) accessed from Angel Lane. You have access to the property through a walkway that smells of urine, we were woken at night by noisy people banging on the locked gate, trying to open it. There is not enough space in front of the toilet, you have to sit on it diagonally with with your feet in the doorway. There was strong musty smell when we arrived and visible mold in places. The window in the bedroom is boarded up from the outside, the only ventilation was from a very small fan in the wall and even with the fan on constantly the air quality did not improve. There was hair in the shower.
Not for family stay.
