Staff were nice and entrance hall pretty
No tea or coffee making facilities in a rather run down room
breakfast was good and the bar staff too
this is not a complaint bcause I can live wiithout it,but, the television is a monster and doesn't work. what we need is something to watch.
Decor & atmosphere. Comfort. Breakfast.
Temperature control (lack of)
The hotel look and location are great - like a family run hotel but right in the centre of London.
The room was way too hot and a little dark.
Staff, especially the porters, who always treat guests personally and politely. Also the location is perfect, and the facilities charming.
My room was over the entrance and thius was a bit noisy at times. There was also noise from an adjacent room. I realise this does happen. It is not a complaint.
