So close to the tube station - we literally came outside, looked up and there was the hotel.
The children slept on a sofa bed, which was ok for one night but possibly not for longer.

Cleanliness.
The room window would not properly close. Heaters took ages to warm the room. Room service was poor and so much noise from the neighbor room till 2 at night. I was unable to have a peaceful night.
