Staff was very helpful. Hotel is easy walk from Russell Square tube stop. Cant take Picadilly line from Heathrow. Short walk to British Museum.
Room was comfortable and clean but a bit small.
Despite reserving a twin room there was no twin room available which resulted in my daughter and I sharing a small double room- very disappointing
Great location and comfortable room.
Rails outside window of room
Ideal stay for a weekend away to the show, only negative was the beds were a little soft but that’s personal preference. Everything was clean tidy and well presented. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful.
