Our bathroom was very small. Cold water tap didn’t work. No air conditioning for 2 nights- and no compensation offered. Room was noisy as next to main road, Beds moved when you sit on them, shower was a bit on the small side. Room was close to the breakfast room very loud in the morning from 7:30am. Usual problem with the older central London hotels, no double glazing so bring ear plugs. Bathroom was much too small. You could not turn around in there without bumping into something. Walls to other bedrooms were rather thin. Small bed, dripping skylight in bathroom, and lukewarm water in bath. We had asked for a room on an upper floor, but were instead on the ground floor at the back, with a window looking on to a narrow and dingy enclosed space. The room was very small with no room for suitcases. It was impossible for two people to use this room due to space. Bathroom was very small and impossible to shower and dry yourself without hitting walls. The ensuite was appallingly small, how it has passed is beyond me. The toilet seat is almost immediately under the sink so people with mobility issues, or even a tall person would not in any way be able to use it. The corners of the bathroom had also not been cleaned properly and the toilet brush was disgusting. Wasn't much left at breakfast when we turned up, however we did leave it late. Room was a bit small, Too hot in the room and not really able to lower the temperature. The pillows were not very comfortable. Small bathroom. Bathroom is very small. Bed sheets smelled bad. Went to breakfast and they took food away 15 mins before it was closing. The size of the bathroom, it’s very small and not very practical. Room was described as a cosy room but this really didn't correspondence to help w cosy it really was !!! Heating hard to control. Some kind of food to buy on arrival, would’ve been much appreciated. The room was very small, the stairs going up to the fourth floor were a bit steep and narrow. I didn't like the breakfast, there were absolutely no vegetables. A lot of pastries and cereals, but, if you don't want a lot of carbs, there were just some eggs and a few slices of cheese.
