The location! The hotel is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood with Earl's Court Station, restaurants, and shops nearby! The staff was friendly and very helpful!
A perfect location. Kind staff. Clean and cozy room and reception. Quietness. A mini kitchen was very useful.
I didn't quite like the fur bed cover (blanket)
Very close to tube station and restaurants. Still, on a quiet street.
Room was small but adequate for me
Location, cleaness, willingness to help by the most staff and convenience of kitchenette, very new looking bathroom with great fixtures.
Room was too small and hard to accommodate two people. A female manager had very stiff attitude and unwilling to do any courtesy adjustment .
Location, staff and cleanliness
the size of the room. Despite the fact that we ordered a kingsize bed, the bed was a 2 double beds connected with a zipper and very short (and we are average height people). The room itself was tiny and therefore uncomfortable.
Everything is well done.
Service was great, the room was very 'Small, and Tight 'no place to hang your clothes, or to put your luggage, bed was full size can't go around it was push up to wall you could not go around, other than that I have a wonderful time.
This should not be a 4 stars hotel, it need upgrade too small not even space to put you luggage. The Iron was no good, I have to ask for steam iron and they send me one from the front desk
Great staff who really made us welcome. Great value for the money.
The neighborhood was safe and pretty. The hotel was pretty and clean. The rooms were small by American standards, but they had comfy beds, nice bathrooms, efficient kitchens, and roomy closets. The staff was the best part of the experience-so helpful!
The room was very very small and crowded that made it hard to actually walk around in. Sink was clogged and trash can in bathroom was broken.
The staff were friendly and excellent, the room very clean, the location quite central with easy access to transportation.
Location, very safe upscale neighborhood with grocery, pubs, and train station very close
No, I liked everything about this hotel
