Friendliness of staff
Fantastic service, great place to stay
Staff are very friendly and helpful, location is also very good, rooms and toilets are clean and the bed is amazingly comfortable, especially the pillows.
Just the rooms are small.
Everyone individual at the hotel always greeted us by name and seemed totally genuine. The chef was able to work through my wife being a vegan and my nut allergy without an issue. The experience was probably the best hotel experience that I have ever had while travelling.
The only possible issue that I can think of is that the toilet paper is on the wall at the far end of the bathroom, and we had to stretch to reach it; still just a minor issue
Excellent location, fantastic staff, room very comfortable but not big. Same with our twin beds but I highly recommend the hotel.
Beds were 2 singles, would have been great if they were bigger twins.
