The beds and bathroom were comfortable. The satélite tv was good. The staff is very friendly. The location is excellent. Within walking distance to soho and Covent Garden.
The room is extremely small. No closet or room to walk around. There is only about 5 feet between the beds and the bathroom. Only 1 person can move around at a time. After the 1 day got the hang of it and made it work. The bathroom and room is divided by frosted glass. It did not provide privacy for families.
Much Too Small
Insanely small room with AC that barely worked.
All you need and nothing useless
If you're visiting London, you aren't going to spend much time in your room and shouldn't pay for more than you need. This hotel was an excellent value--modern, clean, comfortable rooms and extremely helpful staff. We chose a windowless room, the small, cozy space was exactly what we needed and more.
Staff was fantastic!
Loved the location and the rooms were very nice, seemed brand new. Nice having a private shower for the small size, but overall felt very cozy.
