Summary of reviews

Guests say
The majority of guests were dissatisfied with their stay, citing extremely poor cleanliness, unpleasant odors, stained bedding, and general disrepair throughout the property. Many reviews mention unclean rooms, bathrooms, and hallways, with some guests reporting mold, bugs, and smoke smells. Service was also criticized, with complaints about unhelpful or rude staff and a lack of advertised amenities. Bed comfort was frequently noted as substandard, with stained or uncomfortable mattresses. Only a few positive remarks were made about location, price, or staff friendliness, but these were far outweighed by the negative experiences.
