under construction, they removed balconies, restaraunt not open still same price
Bathroom is very small due to the shape. Parking lot is large and empty but they insist on charging guests $9./night. Loose the parking charge and my rating would be 3.5 stars
The dining room closes too early. If the dining room closes 9:30, one should be able to order dining in their room till 10:00. I ate dinner in the dining room. I was full but wanted desert in my room. Immediate after dinner, I went to my room, it was 9:35-40 when I called for desert. I was told they couldn't send me desert b/c it was after 9:30. I even mentioned I was just in the dining room and ate dinner but they said no. That is my only complaint.
I felt like the room could have been cleaned better. There were clothing tags on the floor when I arrived from the previous stay There was food (or something similar) on the inside door handle when I arrived. I waited to see if housekeeping would clean it, and when I returned to my room, the particles were still on the door handle. I ended up cleaning the handle myself. This made me to wonder how well? or how fast? the room was really cleaned and were there other things that weren't really cleaned well. This somewhat impacted my feeling of comfort.
It's between 2 major crossroads, it's extremely loud with all traffic going by. I wore earplugs at night and I was fine, but it's a bit loud otherwise
