I found the Staff to be very helpful at all times, but the lack off cafe/buffet etc was not helpful [possibly due to out of season and number of guests]
friendly, helpful staff, great buffet breakfast, free internet use
The comfprtable room and the helpfulness of the staff.
I like the proximity to the center of Loreto and the Basilica and the fact that there is a car park for the hotel.
We requested a "double room" for 2 people and got a huge room with a double bed and 3 single beds, dining table, living room set, desk and a huge bathroom. Loved the bathroom. Location was excellent and quite close to Our Lady of Loreto's Church. Evening staff did not speak much English. Main elevator had a smell of either powder or very stale urine. The service elevator smelled better but was super tiny. Perhaps changing the carpet in the main elevator will help!
Good location, 2 minutes from Loreto Sanctuary. Parking rather small and full, but with alternatives available.
The marvelous view, the friendliness of the staff and the comfort of the hotel. Not applicable
The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful. Will stay there again.
a very attractive hotel well located to explore the city, excellent outdoor spaces, good parking
hotel immaculate, staff friendly and very helpful, highly recomended.
We found this hotel on booking.com and we were very impressed with the accomodations. The signage to get to this hotel was some of the best that we had had while driving all over Italy. The food was also excellent.
Very friendly and helpfull staff, great breakfast, nice loungebar and excellent restaurant! We've also enjoyed the little terrace with the jaccuzzi. We booked the suite with balcony and the room turned out to be smaller then we've expected. But the nice balcony with the fantastic view made our stay unforgettable. At first we missed a bath, because we have a baby, but the staff brought us a little tub.
Excellent very helpful staff! Great location for touring the area.
Pleasant and knowledgeable staff. Gourmet restaurant and breakfast.Location in the heart of town. Parking and internet in room. NONE
Pleasant setting and staff were very good and helpful.
Excellent staff at the reception. Very engaged to help the guest.
the beach !!
Good location Restaurant is open only till 10 pm
Wonderfully located hotel I did not get the sea view room I had requested. This would not stop me using the hotel again, but might prompt me to book direct rather than use your website
The position: from the beachfront windows it is like to be in a cruise boat looking at the sea Bathroom too old and room lights very poor
The main advantage of the hotel for young families is that the hotel sits directly on the beach. No busy roads to cross. No long paths or hedges obscuring the view between beach and hotel. Hiring a bike from the hotel allows seeing the whole lungomare swiftly. Also if full pensione is not desired, there are several excellent fish distance within walking distance. Our lunch was below par for Adriatic Italy - bland and under-seasoned. Possibly it was an off day. Many families opt for full or half pensione (board) in the summer. It's a cost consideration, since eating out in other palces will cost approximately one third more and upwards. The hotel bikes could be in a better state.
Sea view, quite place, the hotel beach.
Spacious room ! Comfortable enough.
Spacious comfortable rooms. Very poor breakfast buffet and service during breakfast.
Very clean, comfortable and really helpful staff The menus was not varied.. and the hotel was further away from where it was advertised... I was under the impression that they were in Castelfidardo, but they were not.. This is not a problem if you travel by car.. But I was travelling by bus and train.
East acess to Ancona for the wedding n/a
everything There should be more signs showing the way to this hotel, I had some difficulties in finding it, even though at the end it came out that it is situated on the one of main roads, and the staff should be more disponible because I tried to contact them on the phone but for the 5 minutes nobody answered it so I had to ask people how to get there
Very spacious, very modern room. Excellent value for the money. The only disadvantage is that it is not in a city; however, for some this could be a good thing, because it is easy to reach by car and there is plenty of parking. It is about 6 km from the charming and picturesque town of Loreto. We appreciated the free internet connection in the room.
The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and the hotel's location was very convenient to the lovely beach.
the room was comfortable and we enjoyed having access and privacy to the outside. other than the problems with the key, we are thinking of returning for a short break in Rome later in the year, but need to ascertain how easy it would be toget into the centtre of Rome from the hotel.
Good quality/price. Nice view on the sea. Quite village Close from october to April.
It was close to the beech and town. No ammenities. I felt it was ocer priced for the accomodation provided
The hotel is located very close to the beach. Some balconies are huge. Some of the staff members do not speak any English.
The situation was perfect for a relaxing few days. Quiet and peaceful. in beautiful surroundings
beautifil view, excellent diner and wines
Old convent transformed into a hotel. Rooms rather simple. Nice view and panorama from the room terraces and the breakfast room on the Conero and the seaside. Rooms somewhat simple.
A beautiful, historic building in a fabulous location. Our room was simple but good and we loved the little balcony looking out over the Adriatic. It was a quiet and relaxing place and we would consider coming again, but.... The young woman at reception when we arrived was bored and impatient. We thought her rude. The meal we had in the restaurant was awful, tho the list of local wines was impressive and the service was pleasant.. The white fish was rubbery and inedible. Breakfasts were not good. The brioche on Monday morning were obviously two days old and like leather (much better the next day). The coffee was undrinkable. We decided not to eat in the hotel after our first meal...
architecture, location, friendly staff too often under a cloud from the Adriatic
Cleanliness of room. End of season blues. Were not advised of closed swimming pool, closed dinning room, closed bar, limited breakfast. Expensive for what was available. No local information re area /transport etc.
Clean and quiet, good service.
Very quiet area of town Room was a bit small and was not well located
The lovely grounds (trees, bushes, flowers). Our original room had no natural daylight because of the trees and property outside the balcony, but the hotel staff were very accommodating in changing at room at our request.
Poor breakfast selection
very nice hotel with excellent staff the breakfast can be better
