Cons. More amenities like phone, better elevator, updated decor, better beds, better parking.
Pros. Location to beach. That’s it.
Cons. Up front about parking (there is none)! They give you a map for a paid lot a half mile down the road. Super convenient, right? Not! For the name air Venice, there is no air conditioning which is ironic. They give you a shotty fan and you must open windows to try and get a breeze in the room. Unfortunately it is located right next to a loud bar with tons of smokers. We had to leave within an hour of checking in because my asthma was so bad. The room stunk of cigarettes and the staff was not accommodating. They refused to refund money for a health condition which is absurd. The rooms are dingy and not as pictured. I’m happy we left when we did and we will never go back.

Pros. The Hotel was nice but did not exceed expectations. The bed was very comfortable. The view from the hotel was exquisite, and the location made it easily accessible to the Venice Boardwalk and Beach.
Cons. The room was overall smaller than what the pictures made it seem. One window was missing a screen and lots of bird waste outside the windowsills along with spiderwebs. The Elevator was very slow and did not show a recent Pass on inspection. The shower could use a shelf for toiletries. The front desk staff were nice, but kept to themselves quite a bit. More than half of the cable channels didn't work, and the wifi connection was very slow and spotty.
