Pros. Location close to universal studios.
Cons. Everything. The place was dirty, baseboards, floor and shower. I didn’t get parking. I had to park on the metered street, and they would pay for my meter. They told me I would have a parking spot and that I can only park 1 car, but it got full because they let others park more than one car. The bed was not comfortable, and the staff was not customer oriented.
