Pros. The mattress in this location never fails. This is the second time I visit in town and it is a great feeling to lay down on a COMFORTABLE bed after traveling all day.
Cons. I would have liked to see the restroom a bit more stocked , there was only a half roll of paper when I arrived but luckily I only handled my business once... the sheet was clean but the pillow in from my room were not so puffy...
Cons. No ice or vending machines.

Pros. Everything was great... The size, the bathroom, the noise was non-existent, a fridge and microwave..
Cons. The check out time is NOT noon as stated on the bill, email, receipt, etc. It is 11am. I even asked when I got there to make sure and was told even by staff that check out is noon. I was out most of the night with my girlfriend and got back around 3am, went to sleep at 4am. I woke up to a phone call from staff at 10:45am that 11am is check out. I checked the receipt and told him it's clearly printed that it's noon. He said "no" that the maids need time to clean the rooms and check out time is always 11am. This is the same guy that when my girlfriend arrived to the hotel before me refused to let her check in (despite both our names were a part of the guests and later got resolved by the next guy's shift. (She sat in her car waiting and the next employee was happy to let her check in and doesn't know why the previous guy didn't.) This is the only experience that I'm really pissed at is that I paid for a given time and that it was abruptly changed without warning. (And through no fault of my own).
Pros. Just an ordinary motel - nothing bad but nothing extraordinary good as well. A quiet place and clean bed to sleep - just what I needed. A coffee machine is a pleasant bonus )
Cons. Despite the fact that it was the cheapest motel in North Hollywood I could find it's still overpriced - like all accomodation in LA. Wi-fi signal isn't so good.
