Pros (+) I liked that it was quiet and only a couple of minutes from where we were going. Tv had plenty to watch, ac worked great and room was clean. It had plenty of room for my kids to play around in.

Pros (+) The room seemed clean (I'm also a germ-o-phobe so I clean everything anyway, 5 start hotel or not) & spacious for someone who just wanted somewhere to stay - without interest in amenities. I drove so proximity amenities or food within walking distance wasn't important. I had a room on the ground floor with no other rooms above. As for it being a bad neighborhood, it's no West Hollywood, but for so...
Cons (-) The parking lot was really small and took some maneuvering in to spaces but that being said, I didn't have a problem finding a spot close to my room. The walls are paper thin, I could hear the phone vibrating for the person in the next room & when they talked on the phone. Obviously this is a design flaw that can't be changed but if you're a light sleeper you might have a problem, I had none.
