Cons. Mine and also my brother's rooms had spiders. Some dead, some alive. The webs were by the ceiling and above bed.They did come in and removed them while we were out to dinner, but two more appeared later that I had to kill myself. They need an exterminator.

Cons. There were dead bugs in the bathroom, trim pealing from the walls, half the electricity didn't work in the room, and the knob controlling the AC was broken and unable to turn the fan on.
