Pros. Location was amazing, that was about it.
Cons. Ensure rooms are accessible, and clean before offering them. And friendlier staff.
Pros. Was a great location right on the water, a short walk to downtown Mackinaw City and right next to several of the main Mackinac Island Ferry docks. It's also only a 5 minute drive from the Headland's dark sky park and the Mackinac Bride. In addition to the great location, the hotel was clean and the free breakfast was very good
Cons. When we arrived we were informed that there was no room for us. My relatives still had a suite, but no room for us. They said they had tried to call us that morning, like it was our fault. We were moved down the road to another hotel which was nice, but away from family. Very disappointing.
